Evo Family, hope y’all are killing it and loving life right now!

➕ We’re almost at the end of the 3rd week of the prep, and feeling amazing! Numbers are all up when it comes to performance and body composition slowly coming in a tad each week at the same time

I’m not excepting much of a visual shift until at lest 10 weeks in, maintaining performance is key right now.

Weekly check in will be done tomorrow including any updates, output is currently at 14k steps and 15 minutes cardio daily

Hunger up a tad then last week with the output but my calories are also 4,300 so can’t complain yet as the his will have to shift down as we get closer

➕ Really quick update coming into my 4th week of the mock-prep

Feeling incredibly locked in with the entire process, I had already did the leg work before this with my heath phase.

I never really had off plan meals or mishaps with my diet for the last year now and that has made the biggest difference how I can be dieting on high calories now as such a small dude. I’ve been eating the same 7 meals for a year now so nothing new.

💥 UPDATE:
Calories reduced by 400, all coming from carbohydrates.

Everything else will remain the same until next week when I get my update from coach.

Perfect approach my brother, once you find what you enjoy, works well for your digestion and you can stay on top of - your sorted.

I’m pro meal plan for most people for this reason, less daily tracking and swapping items = more accuracy.

Half the load was before hand if that, but I’m not worried about that juts being able to train my quads in any manner is enough

Yes sir was a slight tweak on hack squats one day and then after that I could hardly bend my legs for weeks - slow and steady return thank you 💚

☑️ What’s happening Evo Family, I hope each and all of your are doing amazing and holding yourself to a high standard!

Quick update on my end and my mock prep, everything is tracking well and I’m feeling beyond excited to be doing this each day!

🔥 Rapid updates:

We’re now 4 week down > 16 or so to go.

Food dropped by 200 calories this week, from carbohydrates as always.

Weight held this week, but this is due to saturation of my androgen load as we swapped primo to eq - conditioning and look improved with a bit of a pop to the muscle again

Took ever so slight progression on all movements this week, this is and will be my major focus though the fat loss prep - performance!

Total AAS load is now 500mg week, and it won’t be going much higher the whole time. Zero use of fat burners or toxic compounds

Total AAS load is now 500mg week, and it won’t be going much higher the whole time. Zero use of fat burners or toxic compounds

I struggle going up in weight and seeing the cuts and lines slowly fade away… even though I know it’s a necessity to look even better next cut!! Mental battles we need to deal with in this game I guess.

Cardio is very consistent. I like it. @Yuri nothing wrong with 15 minutes. High intensity 15 minutes can be extremely effective and just as effective as one hour on a treadmill for example.

✔️ Quick update, I’ll start making them a little more frequent as we go along this prep juts to show a little more of the food and how we tackle things each day.

• Killer 4:00 am push session this morning, took a slight progression on my key lifts and just mange to match numbers on the rest - putting all my drive and focus into my training as the diet, steps and cardio is a no brainer.

• super cool to sign up two new guys for coaching at the start of the week, lots of potential for both of them with two completely different goals

• getting leaner but very far off where we want to be - but on track for week 6

• I’ll have check in with coach tomorrow morning and update everyone on next steps after that.
