Veteran Log 2026 lifestyle and cycle log - Testosterone, Deca, Proviron Retatrutide

Strength increase after 14 weeks is incredible. Credit to your consistency and dedication to progressive overload and trusting / following the process 👏👏

Looking swole brother 💪

Interested in your review / feedback re GH timing. Good luck!
Thanks brother.
My GH timing is honestly purely lifestyle based. By the time I get home and train there is no way I can eat and have a 2 hour windows before bed.
Therein, I use my utterly shit sleeping habits to my advantage. I ALWAYS wake up within the first 2 hours of going to bed to go to the toilet. Now I pin GH at the same time. 2 nights in it seems OK. Time will tell I suppose. 🩵

Such good news brother. Lovely to see your health is in check and the progress you've made since January is unbelievable . True inspirational and motiviation to the whole community

Thank you for being so transparent and active. Your positivity is contagious
Thanks brother. This is delightful coming from someone who is such a beacon of energy to the brothers and sisters across the forum.🥰
I love the Evo community and if anything I can do or say helps them look at things in a more positive way then I am truly happy 🩵

Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - Easy pin again left quad

Deca - Not today

EQ - Another easy one in right quad.

HGH - 3iu. This has been moved back to evening/night. Better sleep last night despite deadlifts. Using nasal strip's and this reduced snoring significantly.

Overall - After yesterday's session I should not have recovered as well as I have as the day progressed. Got love that as a result.

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well 😁😘

Sleep
6 hours. A work in progress. Deadlifts definitely helped wreck this one a bit.

Training
Rest Day. Need this, really stiff from deadlifts today.

Daily thoughts
It is a quiet day so I will give a bit of a medical update today.
For those who have been following I will quickly recap:
September 2025 caught Covid (we think), complicated into pneumonia and myocarditis. 10 days in CCU, 3 heart failure incidents. Ejection Fraction of 32% in Left Ventricle.

I made an exceptional recovery to December 2025 and started back training Jan 2026.
I won't elaborate further as it's all in the first part of my log.
Anyway in Jan 2025 my meds list was:
Bisoproloi Fumerate
Dapagliflozin propanedoil
Apixiban
Digoxin
Frusemide
Spironlactone
Valsartan
Amiodarone
Prednisolone 50,37,25,20,15,14,13,12mg
Resprim Forte
Certirizine Hydrochloride

As of today that is now reduced to:
Bisoproloi Fumerate
Dapagliflozin propanedoil
Apixiban

That is 1x BP, 1x blood thinner, 1x beta blocker. I doubt I will be off these anytime soon.
BP is constantly below 130/70 even on cycle.
I have an echo cardiogram in July, but I am probably in better condition now than ever.

I didn't do anything fancy. I obeyed my Dr's, took all of my medications, cross referenced and re-checked every med with any AAS before I started to find any possible issues. Trained hard, rested when I had to. Stopped all alcohol.

Always believed I would get better and better.

Think I am in the clear Evo.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

good to rest when you are stiff from a workout!

you could make postcards bro. Always good photos. Is that the G ? I’m convinced you must operate and live in a bird sanctuary
It is the G brother. I lived across the road from it for a year not long ago. Great view.
Not quite a bird sanctuary, but they do love the feeders and water bath 🤣🩵

Planks 3x70s
**Actually better than expected. Getting stronger at these.

Daily thoughts
Felt drained most of the day and thoroughly distracted for no particular reason. Still managed to be a functioning adult at work for the most part.
Started getting into things in the gym this afternoon, especially around the 300kg mark on leg press. 400kg was a first on this machine so that was fun. Only have about 30kg to go and it's maxed out for room. Then the reps go up.
Still getting stronger with 5 weeks to go on this cycle 14+ weeks in.
I have set the next 2 phases up and will start expanding on this on the weekend.

6.5 hours. A work in progress. Coming down with a cold I think. Delightful work people who won't stay away when sick.

Training
Rest Day - train tomorrow (Sat) morning.

Daily thoughts
For the first time this cycle I am moving a Friday session to the next day. Would not be a good session today as tiredness has really kept increasing all week. A rest today and hitout early tomorrow will be a much better result.
Means I am getting to the back end of this program when this happens. Will not stop early but need to focus now to not let all the good work so far slip.
I am also going to hold off on check in pics until this ends in mid June.
Going to adjust the diet a little and see what I can bring at the end.

Nicked a vein once brother, about a year ago. SCL gear is so smooth and clean, no swelling ever. Never had an issue with it, not once. Thats why they are the best 😁 🩵

**Got through these well. 3 weeks ago I couldn't finish one round of 10 reps. Will now be a staple superset each Arm day to get my core much stronger. Planks will be 3 days a week on other days now.

Daily thoughts
Not pushing things yesterday was definitely the right move. Session today was focused and moved much easier than it would of yesterday. Shoulders and lower back were just not ready yesterday.
Core it getting stronger and the change in programming I am easing in will help this.
With 5 weeks to go in tis cycle it was time to look to the next stage.
I have developed my health phase cycle that is coming next after a couple of discussions with @Southern and a couple of learned brothers.
Cycle will be as follows:
Start 22 June with reducing Test, Deca and Eq to 70% for a week then to 30% in 2nd week. Deca and Eq ceased 5 July.
From 6 July TRT of 175mg of Test E per week until 14 Sept when 2 week titrate up is implemented.
Full cycle starts 28 Sept.
12 week Training program will run in line with this cycle.
Pretty simple really.
I have an Echo scheduled in June and a full blood panel will be done mid to late August to ensure everything is in check.
Next week I will breakdown the training changes in this 12 week period.

Can definitely see better separation in the back, particularly the lats and shoulders mate, you’re going awesome 💪

175mg Test E sounds great for a health phase. For nearly anyone this should be low enough to help get the markers nice and steady while keeping the androgen levels high enough to keep your gains! 🩵

Awesome update brother 💪🔥

The progression is obvious too 👌 Smart move backing off when recovery wasn’t there too.

The health phase setup, echo and bloodwork plan all very well thought out. Proper bodybuilding with longevity in mind ❤️

Back is looking amazing brother 💪 Noticeably more width through the lats and better fullness through the upper back. Leaner too while still holding solid size 🔥

5 weeks to go brother, finishing strong 💥

Yeah no Eq for about 10 weeks brother 😬.
Let's face it, if you want to play this game long term you have to have downtime to let the system re-balance. If you endlessly pour high level compounds into yourself, you are going to cause major issues down the line, that has been proven time and time again.
I will do my health phase and TRT and I won't cut it short. I will probably want to, but I have long term ideas and so I have to be sensible.
It will be really interesting to see how my lifting goes and if there are any major differences. But I will log all of that. 🩵

Daily thoughts
A bit of a story today....
Thankyou Evo. Why?
I was having one of deeply reflective moments and figure for once I should actually write (type) it down.
Just over 5 years ago I felt unbreakable and immortal. Covid had come and gone and I didn't get a thing. I was, as usual, incredibly busy at work and I was training well in the gym and loving it.
And then I broke.
I went from unbreakable to broken in a day. It was 15 years in the making but the fall was sudden and brutal.
I had worked 6-7 days a week, 10-12 hours a day, with high stress workloads for 15 years and I burnt out....spectacularly.
Just one meeting too many that pushed an unfair and unrealistic agenda broke the dam.
I was a mental mess and it took 18 months of therapy and the unconditional love of my wife and children to drag me back...most of the way. I was still immortal because I could train hard and this was vital in this time. This was mid 2022.
A change of jobs and location had me getting my mental strength back and things were looking good.
Jump forward to 2025 and my energy levels were going downhill so on the suggestion of a great friend I started TRT in March 2025. I joined Evo in June that year. I started my first log and I was feeling more comfortable with myself than I had in a long time.
Then in September 2025 I actually did catch Covid. I of course ignored it and kept training. This was, on reflection, quite idiotic.
I ended up with atrial fibrillation, myocarditis, and heart failure which doubled the size of my Left Ventricle. I also had double sided pneumonia and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis (found after the pneumonia subsided a bit).
I was in a Cardiac Care Unit for 10 days and had 3 clear heart failure episodes.
Suddenly I was now Mortal as well as breakable and my identity of who and what I was collapsed entirely.
I was a proper mess during October and November, not being able to train at all and unsure if my body would recover and what that might look like.
My wife was my absolute rock and without her no recovery at all would have been possible.
By December I decided enough was enough and decided I needed to get my arse back in the gym one way or another. I also made sure I reconnected with Evo and started this log.
I have increasingly improved since then health wise. Most of that you can see from my log.
So here we are now.
I am almost as strong as I have ever physically so nearly immortal again. I am also getting mentally stronger and my focus is clearly better.
Almost unbreakable.....
Evo has a lot to do with this. By reading other logs and interacting with the brothers and sisters here, I have been able to draw on the positive attitudes and vibes that perpetuate throughout the forum. I have also learned an enormous amount on about a incredible array of subjects.
I feel at home on Evo.
So as I initially said, thankyou Evo.
I hope all of you get as much from the Evo Family as I have.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

I feel at home on Evo.
So as I initially said, thankyou Evo.
I hope all of you get as much from the Evo Family as I have.

Amazing update brother! We are lucky to have you here on EVO with us brother! Your always take your time to drop in and show love on so many logs, and actually pay attention and give meaningful feedback.

It must have been difficult but also good to get that off your chest, Your fight through the adversity is truly inspiring. I was actually talking with a good friend who's recently had some issues with his heart and mentioned how you have been absolutely kicking ass!

Much love to you brother! 🩵

Thank you for the transparency mate, it’s easy to think everything is going well for everyone and that you can feel isolated when things are starting to break.

I’m sorry that you’ve been through all of that, but I’m very happy you’ve got a loving family that stuck by you through that time and that you are finding yourself again. 🩵

As for me, I had a mental break down working in a military based field and went from having studied for years and applying the degree I had to having absolutely nothing to fall back on. I’ve dealt with CPTSD since then, but over the last couple of years have really picked up my self esteem and since joining here have started putting me first and couldn’t be more proud of myself to be honest.

Thanks for the honest and open response brother. It is truly inspiring reading these words as I know that Evo means a whole lot more to many of us than just being a Peds source site. It has provided a kindred setting where, for the first time, brothers and sisters are able to truly open up and develop a healthy mental state of mind. Topics and discussions that are usually kept well hidden are openly addressed and this can only be beneficial to all of us. 🩵

Nice update mate.

Was the 142.5 up from your previous successful attempt? Would you have normally gone from 130 to 140?

A few questions given your powerlifting focus:

1) Why the narrow-ish grip? I quite like a narrower than normal grip but I thought powerlifters erred towards wider?
2) Why flys? You wouldn't be better doing some triceps or upper back work (to help the bench)?

Thank you for sharing your story brother. Your contribution to evo has been nothing short of amazing, thank you for the time you invest in the community 🙏🙏

You show up each day, good or bad, fully transparent, and remind us all that it’s not always pretty or easy. We all face challenges, from novice to the elite pros

Your progress is motivating and inspiring. Keep it up brother 🔥

Yes, I misread my weights and needed the 142.5 for a final lift...one of those things. Fixed it for next time though 😁
I found the narrower grip is my strongest. Wide just doesn't have have the same push for some reason. Might be a shoulder thing 🤔
I do triceps Fridays and upper back Tuesdays brother, besides I like flys. They really work the shoulder chest tie in for me. 🩵

On your EVO family commentary and live, this is powerful and real, and a lot of us needed to read it. You got humbled hard by life but you did not quit, your wife stood by you, your family gave you purpose, and the EVO family helped give you that extra push back into the gym and back into yourself. That is what EVO family is about, not just gear or training, but brothers and sisters keeping each other accountable when life punches hard. Proud of you! keep logging, keep healing, and keep proving that broken does not mean finished.

A reluctant rest day. Shoulders needs a rest. Just one set sealed that.

Daily thoughts
So I reluctantly had to take my shoulder session off tonight. Shoulders still have issues and I have tried everything except one thing.....rest. Simply put I can't keep pushing this now and a rest day is the best option. Hopefully it recovers a bit better than it has been, which slow but not fully.
Not much else has happened Evo. On to giving blood tomorrow from a few weeks of Eq use. 😁

Your updates are always next level brother

smart shoulder deload now will pay off big over the final 5 weeks 💪
a very switched on call giving blood, health management is clearly on point 💯😃

Have you tried stretching and mobility excersizes for the shoulder brother?
Yes brother I have. I run a full shoulder warm up before chest, arms and shoulders just in case. It warms things up and keeps them from additional wear and tear, but unfortunately the healing needs a bit more rest just to give it a boost. Thats the plan anyway 🩵

Sleep
6.5 hours. Not the best, very disjointed.

Training
A reluctant rest day. Shoulders needs a rest. Just one set sealed that.

Daily thoughts
So I reluctantly had to take my shoulder session off tonight. Shoulders still have issues and I have tried everything except one thing.....rest. Simply put I can't keep pushing this now and a rest day is the best option. Hopefully it recovers a bit better than it has been, which slow but not fully.
Not much else has happened Evo. On to giving blood tomorrow from a few weeks of Eq use. 😁
Training tomorrow will be decided after a few hours recuperation.

@Kopite67 wow man, that's a crazy story about how you almost died. It just goes to show you that life is super short and that it's a blessing to be alive every day.

Thanks brother.
Bros, adjusting your grips is smart. This keeps the body guessing and it keeps you more flexible with things. @Kopite67

Daily thoughts
So my giving blood adventure.....
Today has started a cascade of new events that start almost immediately.
As I mentioned yesterday, today I went to give blood to lower my haematocrit and RBC levels. Unfortunately I am unable to do that as my hospital visit in September, and a couple of my still current medications, prevent this. So I found out from a very nice RN.
My RBC has risen from 5.47 to 5.72, and my HCT from 0.48 to 0.54 from December 2025's blood test to April 2026's blood test.
Since a blood donation now wouldn’t lower these, a decision was needed on whether I risk pushing to mid June on this cycle and raising these levels into the red zone.

After looking back through my log I realised I have been on Test E and Deca since mid January. Eq came later on. I then discussed with @Southern and my wife and the decision was made.

So I am going to cease this current cycle by the end of next week and deload in just under 3 weeks. It's the right decision and healthy one.

Should be a fun 3 weeks then a big program change and a health phase will run till late September.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

Health comes first always mate! If you’ve been on since January it’s a bloody long cycle anyway, I like the transparency you have with your wife aswell around the gear use!

The decision (and discussion with your wife, 10/10 couple type stuff right there) to finish up the cycle is another demonstration of your considered and intelligent approach to PED's, health and training. NGL... Gunna miss the blast updates ya beast
What a story brother. Thankyou for such an honest and raw look into who Kopite is. Evo Love and respect.
The community is blessed with a human like you in the ranks brother.
My most humble thanks brother, most kind. Updates won't change just a different perspective now.
I am actually kind of excited to do a full log based on a health phase and how I feel coming off a blast. Haven't seen many, but I loved @Alice_In_Ironland one. It was really interesting.🩵

Brother i wanted to make sure i got back to this post as soon as i could.
This was raw as fuck and honestly takes some serious courage to lay it all out there like this for everyone to read. A lot of men go through these battles silently and never speak a word on it, so i genuinely respect the vulnerability and honesty in this post more than you probably realise.

What hits the most reading this wasnt just the setbacks themselves, it was the way you kept finding a way to stand back up every single time life tried to bury you. From years of carrying stress and pressure on your shoulders, to the mental burnout, then getting absolutely blindsided physically after covid… most people would have completely lost themselves in that storm brother.

But even at your lowest you still found a way to fight forward. Step by step. Bit by bit. And thats the part that deserves serious respect.

I also think theres something powerful in the way youve spoken about your wife and family through all this too. Thats real life brother. Thats the foundation that matters when everything else gets stripped away.

Bruz this is exactly why communities like Evo matter. Under all the banter, logs and gym talk theres actually a lot of people here pulling for each other and your post is proof of that. The fact youve managed to reconnect with yourself physically and mentally again after everything youve been through is honestly inspirational stuff.

Keep pushing forward king because i genuinely dont think your best chapter has even been written yet 👊

Thanks my brother. If any of it assists a brother or sister from Evo, then it is all that I wish.
We as a community are far more important than even our own brothers and sisters actually realise. I fully intend to keep reminding them 🩵

I assumed you were going to donate no matter what :D @Kopite67 thought this was just sharing talk :D
Since a blood donation now wouldn’t lower these, a decision was needed on whether I risk pushing to mid June on this cycle and raising these levels into the red zone.

My RBC has risen from 5.47 to 5.72, and my HCT from 0.48 to 0.54 from December 2025's blood test to April 2026's blood test.

GHRs 5x5
**What can I say, a work in progress....very slow progress

Nice leg press bro. The angle looks steep so it's not even a plate eater and you're pushing 400kg..geez good thing you got those 200mgs of deca in for the knees.

Update shot looks great. I want an upper chest exactly like that. Always been one of my goals.

Looks like the cycle has been treating you well and you've been making great progress since I last checked in
