SLU I don't feel much other than a bit warm when I go to sleep, but I have a cooling blanket and a fan on to get me to sleep.

2x a week reta works out best for me because of the 5 day half life. I've tried pinning it M/W/F and once a week. Didn't notice much going M/W/F but once a week had me wanting to eat my own arm by the time my next pin was due
