Approved Log MOTS-C Peptide Cycle - Testosterone, Masteron, NPP, HGH

TheOne1

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hey everyone 👋

I'm back to log a peptide cycle with a new lab supplying the Australian 🇦🇺 domestic market: @Prymal

I'll be sharing my training, diet, compound response and progress here over the next 6-7 weeks

My basic demographics:
  • Age: Early 30s
  • Training Experience: Intermediate, with ~12 years of natural strength training off and on based on my health at the time.
  • Cycle History: I began doctor-prescribed TRT about 5 years ago due to primary hypogonadism. My base cycle is usually comprised of a TRT dose of Test E (245mg/week) and I have been running various doses of Mast E alongside it for the last year (yes i've well stocked up from before the shortage, so no problems on that end).
  • General Health: I sustained a traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI) as a teenager, resulting in paralysis (paraplegia) from my mid-abdominals down. I use a manual wheelchair full time. I also manage sleep apnea with a CPAP machine and consistently get 6-8 hours of sleep every night. Otherwise, my health is very good. I do regular blood tests and imaging of my organs as part of my usual monitoring (even before using steroids).
Here is a copy of my latest blood tests (click on the image to enlarge):

My Current Cycle (self sourced):

- 245mg of Test E per week (split up into daily shots)
- 210mg of Mast E per week (split up into daily shots)
- 200mg of NPP per week (split up into daily shots)
- 4IU of generic HGH nightly

All of my compounds are legit and have been corroborated with previous blood tests. This is the first time I am trying NPP (any nandrolone actually) too btw. I started this specific list of compounds and dosages on December 2nd this year (so it's been a few weeks on so far).

I will be adding 10mg of MOTS-C about 30-60mins pre-workout moving forward supplied by @Prymal (see below):

WhatsApp Image 2025-12-28 at 14.33.04.webp

🥗 Diet:

My calorie requirements for maintenance are a bit different. Guidelines suggest that persons with SCI have reduced metabolic activity due to denervated muscle in my lower limbs and therefore need fewer calories than non-paralyzed individuals. So for someone like myself, it works out to be around ~30 calories per kg of body weight. So on the upper limit, 2400 calories are just for maintenance (pretty easy to hit on my appetite). I aim for 175-200g of daily protein intake every day. I meal prep most meals and have a set and predictable diet for the most part.

💪My Training:

Comprised of 4 training days per week and HIT cardio after it. On some days off I will also have a longer cardio session, but that infrequently atm.

Monday: Chest + Biceps + Shoulders
Tuesday: Back + Triceps + Shoulders
Thursday: Chest + Biceps + Shoulders
Saturday: Back + Triceps + Shoulders

No Leg days of course 🤪
🎯 My Goals:

It's summer here in Australia, so aiming on improving conditioning and and fullness are are my main focuses atm. Following that, a growth phase into the autumn and winter months in 2026.

I'm hoping that MOTS-C will help support fat loss, cardio endurance, stamina and energy levels. Afterall it is touted as a mitochondrial support peptide. And since this one has also been tested in humans so pretty easy decision to give it a run.

Welcome back to EVO logging bro, been a while!

You looked jacked and aren't the only chair member here on EVO @Wheels85 @Mr.liftz.

I'm grateful you came back and it will be a pleasure to follow your log, you're one massive unit with boulder delts and vascularity that looks like a DHB vial LOL. This will inspire others (in a chair, or not in a chair!).

I will be adding 10mg of MOTS-C about 30-60mins pre-workout
This is the highest dose of MOTS-C I've seen on here so far. Do you have any experience with running it more than 5mg ED?
Soon enough it will be important to elaborate on this with pics and macro breakfowns.

Also, your liver is pretty angry at you right now I would suggest getting N2Guard and running it (at the least) during your entire cycle. It can be bought here: needtobuildmuscle.com

Nice touchdown and work by @Prymal he is really humming along on here so far!

Welcome aboard and welcome back!

@TheOne1 nice to see you back. We really did miss you. You've got a fantastic physique. My goodness, you are shredded.

Here's a photo of my current condition literally taken at yesterdays workout:

🧐 So here is the recap for my first week on MOTS-C:

👨‍🔬 I reconstituted my first vial with 1ml of BAC water, so 0.25ml per shot works out to be 10mg (each vial is 40mg).

🆗 Dissolved as expected, not immediately (which is normal for most peptides), but very clearly and I took my first shot SubQ about 40mins pre-workout. No PIP either (as expected).

↪️ I didn't feel any boost going into my workout and thought maybe it needs a few shots to get going... but it was working in the background quietly. I finished my usual set of volume (matching intensity and progressing my log book) in an unusually quicker time. I was resting with less time between sets, mainly because my heart rate was bouncing back quicker. I don't waste my time in the gym so the extra time was certainly welcomed.

ok, maybe that could be a placebo effect... well even if it was, i'll take it. Same trend across my next 3 workouts in the week and also energy to smash some HIT cardio too. So far my experience has been positive and i like the extra efficiency it has brought into my workouts. Also I have noticed a bit extra pump too. I'm looking forward to week 2 on this and seeing what else it can unlock as I use it more.

I had a read of this study brother and the aim of what was set out to be achieved in this wasnt to measure energy levels amplified by the use of motc c but if direct effect on reducing impact from chronic diseases like nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and other fatty liver disease.

There is a misunderstanding, but a huge favour and interest, currently when approaching mitochondrial enhancements.

Several compounds, most new and mots c being but 1 of them, each have a singular role and their own functions but amalgamated is where they truely shine in mitochondrial upregulation.

First we need to understand the importance of mitochondria and its influence on how our bodies function from it.

What happens when we make our mitochondria more efficient?
Everything work better, better energy, body becomes more efficient at burning fat for fuel, better mental clarity and better overall health.

One google search on mitochondria and you will see why upregulating them is insanely beneficial to our bodies.

Rather then singularly relying on one compound for this you may find the combination better achieving what it seems like your looking for bro.

Injectable l-carnitine -
plays a crucial role in energy production by transporting fatty acids into the cells mitochondria to be burnt for fuel.

Mots c -
enhances the carnitine shuttle pathway and promotes efficient use of fuel, reducing fat accumulation and improving glucose uptake, making it beneficial for metabolic disorders, whereas L-Carnitine is essential for the fundamental transport of fats for energy.

SLU-PP332 -

Mimics the effects of exercise, potentially leading to increased mitochondrial function, enhanced energy expenditure, and better fat utilization as fuel during rest and exercise.

Ss31 -
Binds to cardiolipin, improving electron transfer, boosting ATP, and protecting mitochondrial structure.

Each individual pathway that synergise well together for the same ultimate goal.

Im but scratching the surface with my research on this but i am almost certain the the focus on interest in this area moving foward will see a completely shifted trend in the next 12 months and for good reason.

@Cg20 @R.AP Have a much more comprehensive understanding of this area though.

@Allupfromhere has nailed it, but the compound is unbelievably effective at the 1-2mg per day range and it’s what I’ll put the guys on that I coach. If you keep running that dosage for much longer you’re going to have to supplement with methyl folate, because the amount your body produces won’t cut it, and you’ll notice it start to go the other way in terms of energy, fatigue etc.

Mitochondrial upregulators work in synergy, they all have their own unique impacts, but when you pair them together it’s like a 1+1=3 impact, that’s what I’m aiming for when putting my guys on these compounds, upregulate your mitochondria and reap the rewards of it, enhanced fat loss, enhanced insulin sensitivity, etc the list goes on.

I've been using injectable l-carnitine as a pwo for the last couple of months and kept it as a staple in my stack since.

I've also experimented with SLU-PP332 this year. I used 250mcg PWO and got some decent results too. Blood work optimised as a result too.

I haven't tried SS31 yet tho, but have heard some really encouraging things about it and i'm keen to give that a go soon.

In terms of stacking multiple peptides, i haven't tried this yet. But once i've got enough data on myself with each one individually, I think its the next step to see what combo takes it even further.

I appreciate your insight bro :) That's really interesting

I've tested my homocysteine levels recently and they came back pretty good, so hopefully no methylation issues. But will definitely test it again to see if MOTS-c has impacted that. I do add 2g of TMG in the morning just because of my existing test/npp/mast/gh cycle.

Today's post workout pump pic:

Had an arms day. It's usually chest and biceps day today but i picked up a small injury on Saturday. Felt a sharp pinch on the smith machine press and decided to give it a rest today. Nothing serious, no inflammation or residual tightness, just precautionary and will ease back into chest later this week if everything is ok.

The impact the Mito supports peptides and molecules have on your training endurance and, like you said, after a couple of weeks, your day-to-day energy, cannot be understated.

Not sure of what your budget looks like at the moment brother but if you can also get some SLUPP332, SS31 and 5 Amino 1MQ into your roster you'll be winning.

Even though studies have been conducted at X dose, it doesn't mean that translates directly to a recommended dose. Long-term exposure of these compounds still hasn't been thoroughly explored so conservative doses are recommended.

Plus, if you're doing the full stack, the synergy means you shouldn't have to run much of each to have a pronounced effect.

Arms looking absolutely mental man. Your forearms are crazy!

I'm tempted to plug in BPC, but just want to assess the injury first. I don't think its a tear. It been 72hrs post strain, so the inflammatory stage is past now and my ROM on that side feels pretty comfortable. I'll have a light chest session later this week to feel it out more.

Yep, that makes a lot of sense!

from yoru experience, which one or combo has worked best?

Depends on your budget brother. I've done a smaller stack in the past consisting of 5 Amino and Methylene blue, which yielded greater energy and noticeably improved fat loss over the usual routine.

Currently I'm on another contest prep:

SLUPP332 100mg/ day
MotsC 2mg/ day
SS31 2mg/ day
Injectable 5 Amino 1MQ 4mg/ day
Methylene Blue 10mg/ day
Injectable NAD 10mg/ day

And I cannot understate just how profound not only the rate of fat loss is (at calories notably higher than previous preps), but also how high my energy is too during this contest prep. Absolutely game changing.

All of this dependent of course on nutrition, output and recovery that is dialed in. These are the FOUNDATIONS of any physique related goal.

@HeliosLabs has the goodies brother.

Code RAP10 to save a bit of pocket.

If you're ok during chest session sure :D but if you feel some pain lets plug in bpc @TheOne1

@HeliosLabs has the goodies brother.

Code RAP10 to save a bit of pocket.
I've got a bottle of 250mcg SLUPP332 capsules on hand but don't have any of the other compounds that you have mentioned.
Would you recommend lowering the MOTS-C dosage and adding SLUPP332?
What are your thoughts on keeping it pre workout or using it everyday?

Keep the MotsC in brother, add in the SLU but jack the dose right up to 40mg/ day starting. See if you can't source a bulk SLU powder provider! I'm not sure if EVO has any verified ones? @LevButlerov ?

Mate - very interested in this stack. How long did you run it for? the SLUpp332 seems very high but thats all annecodotal data on what should be run. How did you end up with this?

Also with the NAD+, any issues with injecting? i.e. I've heard can feel like a elephant on your chest, palpitations etc. Would love to know more about the entire stack.

I wish i could afford that high of use. 3mg is about as much as i can afford. Any sides at 40? I sweat balls at this level but abbundance of energy and fat seems to be melting away finally

Yeah even a few mg when stacked with the other Mito support ancillaries can make a huge difference. If you're currently buying your SLUPP332 pre-capsuled you might like to find a provider who does bulk SLU powder instead. A few going around now.

@LevButlerov I know we don't have Helios on here any more, can you recommend any others?

Was wondering if id get benifit adding 5 amino but pinning so much as it is. Did u find it amplified everything?
Definitely bro, each compound stacked provides a noticeable improvement. The full stack is

SLU
5 Amino
SS31
Mot C
NAD
Methylene Blue

But yeah, there is a LOT of pinning! I have anywhere between 7 and 10 a day if you include the Tirz, oils and GHK.

Reta

Npp
Bout to add selank awaiting delivery
Going to need to create a bodmap to show places ive used each week lol.

Curious to see what your experience with Selank is on its own! I'm considering it and Semax.

Week 2 Update:

I kept the dose of 10mg of MOTS-c preworkout but added ~100mcg of SLUPP332. The synergy has been fantastic. I'm tempted to reduce my MOTS-c dose to gauge if I can still get a good response from it given the introduction of SLUPP332.

Energy levels are great, workouts are efficient... however I do feel like i overheat and sweat much more haha. Post-workout tho, I do feel more gassed out and just needa lay down on my bed when i get home haha. Have slacked on cardio this week too as a result.

I'm really happy with this combo. I'm wondering if i can run it long term since I currently use it 4 times a week.

Here's a pump pic from Thursday's workout:

You might find lowering the dosages helps with that gassed feeling brother, I went straight to 5mg daily mots and 100mg slu, and same as you my session would be killer, sweat beading and felt great but just crasssssshed.

I found 1.5mg mots and 30mg slu I have energy all day now.

I have switched up my training style from last log.

I do 2 working sets to failure for each exercise, and usually select 2 exercises per body part and train shoulders every sesh. I aim for rep ranges around 6-8. Tbh i've had the most growth over the last 3 months with this style.

I have 2 training sessions that i repeat during the week making it 4 sessions a week in total and do 2 cardio sessions in the remaining days.

Day 1: Chest + Biceps + Shoulders
Day 2: Back + Triceps + Shoulders

For shoulders I have literally only been doing cable lateral raises and cable rear delt flies.

I'm changing gyms in a couple of weeks, so will start a new training bloc from there.

My shoulders tolerate it really well. I find that it recovers within 1-2 days quite well, so higher frequency is well suited for me.

I've got a new training bloc starting next week, and will be focusing more on my back development.

Here's a video taken from Monday's session. I had bumped up the dumbbell to 25kg this session. But overall fatigue is setting in so going to deload for a few days and get in fresh for the new training bloc and at new gym :)

Great form on the curls brother. Nice and controlled. Hope the couple of days de-load does the trick. Did a mini (1 day 😉) de-load last week myself and it worked a treat. 🩵

WEEK 3 - 4 Update:

I have been toggling between 5mg pre-workout and 10mg pre-workout and even had a SLUPP332 only day to test out the differences. I think I subjectively feel better at 10mg MOTS-c. I am noticing some swelling at the injection site, which i have read is likely a histamine reaction. It's not painful, it's just there. I inject subQ into my belly btw. The swelling goes away after 1-2 days. I had an easier week with training given the deload. Coming in fresh for a new workout bloc at a new gym on Monday :)

Week 5 Update

So I’ve learnt that since MOTS-C activates the AMPK pathway to do its magic. But the AMPK pathway is down regulated in the presence of insulin.

I usually have about 100g of cream of rice pre-workout. And have been using MOTS-C pre-workout too.

So basically because of the carb/insulin spike I wouldn’t be taking advantage of the full effect of MOTS-C.

It’s best taken in a fasted state. But I don’t train fasted 😕.

So instead I’ve begun injecting it in the morning in a fasted state. Today was the first day trying it. I had a good workout, got my weights and volume in and made some progress too. I’ve started at a new gym too so adjusting to the available equipment here too.

If anyone else has noticed any difference taking MOTS-C fasted as opposed to not, please share your experience and advice. I really want to maximize its effect.

I did try it and didn’t actually notice a difference. Might need to experiment more, but I felt it works in the background anyway. So the ‘feel’ is hard to gauge.

I’ve also been managing a bout of SIBO recently. It flares up once or twice a year and results it poor digestion and bloating. Training isn’t affected tho. I’m trying to avoid antibiotics for it again, but if it gets worse I’ll have to give it a shot.

for the SIBO, can you try to add apple cider vinegar ed, and probiotics with digestive enzymes and some psyllium? @TheOne1

Yup, that’s what I’ve been recommended too. I’ve just added probiotics, digestive enzymes and psyllium husk too. My gut doesn’t respond well to apple cider vinegar from past experiences tho.

It might be the ACV is changing the acidity which is what you need actually, are you having heartburn from it or fine now? @TheOne1
