Nice work slin pre very crazy pumpsHere's a piccy post chest and sharms! GH IM and Slin pre workout![]()
I'm thinking about experimenting for a couple of weeks with both GH intramuscular and slin pre workout. GH IM has a 90 or so minute circulating half life.Nice work slin pre very crazy pumps
@R. AP I know you train a lot of clients, so a bit of my experience with this.I'm thinking about experimenting for a couple of weeks with both GH intramuscular and slin pre workout. GH IM has a 90 or so minute circulating half life.
Hey bro! Makes heaps of sense to me! I also figured as much, which is why I divide yn dose up! Bulk of it before bed, SubQ, and about a third of it IM pre workout@R. AP I know you train a lot of clients, so a bit of my experience with this.
I've been experimenting with intramuscular HGH with clients over the years, especially pre-workout combined with a bit of rapid insulin, and I can say IM definitely hits faster than SubQ. You feel it kick in within 30–45 minutes, which lines up better with training-induced GH pulses, and seems to pair well with insulin for nutrient partitioning and recovery.
Obviously there is a downside! The downside is the spike is shorter, so you don't get that prolonged fat-burning window like you might with SubQ. Some clients say SubQ is better for overall body recomp or fat loss for that reason.
If you're timing it pre-workout, it's solid for performance, pumps, and possibly faster recovery. Just make sure you’ve got your carbs and intra-workout nutrition dialed in if you're throwing slin into the mix.
No problem, hope it helps with clients.Hey bro! Makes heaps of sense to me! I also figured as much, which is why I divide yn dose up! Bulk of it before bed, SubQ, and about a third of it IM pre workout
Thanks for the insight!
Just a little raised e220/06/2025 - BLOOD WORK! MENT! CHANGING PHARMA! GH BACK IN!
First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.
Blood work is in (comprehensive panel below with notes) - it's good news! A pleasant surprise given that I've been on for so long now, and dropping in the MENT on the tail end of a competition prep. Goes to show how important proper nutrition and a health protocol (supps) are. Changes coming to pharma for the next 8 week push (notes in the "next week" section at the bottom of this log).
GH is back in, and with is a nice little jump in body weight and fullness. Some lines lost with the acute increase in water retention. This will pass, I'm sure. In any case, I'm super stoked with the condition I'm holding.

Thanks so much bro! There is always more detail to be had. I could go on forever lolGawd damn now that’s how you do a compressive update, incredible detail and insight as always!
Looking absolutely impressive as always big bro, I’m always beyond inspired by your dedication, effort and physique all round.
Worth getting LCMS on the E2 test and rechecking?Oestrodiol: 612 pmol - THANKS MENT![]()
I don't think so, MENT is a heavy aromatiser.. I'm not surprised by the e2 to be honest. Mast isn't a heavy hitter when it comes to lowering serum e2 either.Worth getting LCMS on the E2 test and rechecking?
More interested to see if the increase in total anabolics will provide similar results to the lower load + MENTWorth getting LCMS on the E2 test and rechecking?

Lol it was expected from the MENT. Might also be something downstream from the MENT being picked up as e2 as well.OOooft on the e2 brother haha but how good is Axis, great implementation
MENT is very hardcore, not all can handle it.Lol it was expected from the MENT. Might also be something downstream from the MENT being picked up as e2 as well.
Not much literature on the compound so it's hard to say!
You betcha. That's why I decided to drop it while health markers were good and I was ahead. 70mg for 10 or so weeks was plenty. Feel HEAPS better since it's clearing out.MENT is very hardcore, not all can handle it.
