Approved Log 2025 Off Season IFBB Cycle Log

I'm thinking about experimenting for a couple of weeks with both GH intramuscular and slin pre workout. GH IM has a 90 or so minute circulating half life.
@R. AP I know you train a lot of clients, so a bit of my experience with this.
I've been experimenting with intramuscular HGH with clients over the years, especially pre-workout combined with a bit of rapid insulin, and I can say IM definitely hits faster than SubQ. You feel it kick in within 30–45 minutes, which lines up better with training-induced GH pulses, and seems to pair well with insulin for nutrient partitioning and recovery.
Obviously there is a downside! The downside is the spike is shorter, so you don't get that prolonged fat-burning window like you might with SubQ. Some clients say SubQ is better for overall body recomp or fat loss for that reason.
If you're timing it pre-workout, it's solid for performance, pumps, and possibly faster recovery. Just make sure you’ve got your carbs and intra-workout nutrition dialed in if you're throwing slin into the mix.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Blood work is in (comprehensive panel below with notes) - it's good news! A pleasant surprise given that I've been on for so long now, and dropping in the MENT on the tail end of a competition prep. Goes to show how important proper nutrition and a health protocol (supps) are. Changes coming to pharma for the next 8 week push (notes in the "next week" section at the bottom of this log).

GH is back in, and with is a nice little jump in body weight and fullness. Some lines lost with the acute increase in water retention. This will pass, I'm sure. In any case, I'm super stoked with the condition I'm holding.

Lol it was expected from the MENT. Might also be something downstream from the MENT being picked up as e2 as well.

Not much literature on the compound so it's hard to say!
MENT is very hardcore, not all can handle it.
