Notorious labs gear
week 1 to 4 test e
week 4 to 8 test e primo
week 8 to 12 test e tren e
my diet is 2 x scotch fillets everynight with sweet potatoe and brocoli
breakfast 4 x eggs boiled of fried in avocado oil drizzled in manuka honey and cajun peeper.
lunch is usually 3 x cans of tuna with rice crackers or salada biscuits.
I kept it simple as at my age im not wanting to look like arnold😳 just tidy up a few loose ends and stay lean .
I take milk thistle,magnesium 1000mg helps with my sleep. Also vitamin b along with a warm glass of milk eveynight which i grate ginger into it and mix some cinamon into it. Helps with inflamation,
Im using notorious labs and must say im stoked on the results. Im not training everyday just keepimg things to a minimum as at my age injury is easily achieved. Big shout out to notorious labs i achieved great results with the primo and tren.

Yeah you’re right on that point, I was in the mindset of bulking, but pulled back on it . At 54 it’s better to keep things simple and not end up in a cardiac unit. I skipped the bulk and kept test at 250 and teen at 100mg. Worked well together will no sides.

you are at a great age. 54 is the new 34. i would start the gear though from week 1 at the doses you want. don't switch thing around every 4 weeks like that IMO
