New to site have never went through online source for gear. Hopefully I don’t get scammed or bunk gear anyone recommend any approved sources on here where I can get high quality gear

@Adv915 thats a strong cycle :) why do you want to up the dose? Can you please share with us.

It would be great to see you post a test primo log for the EVO family, can you please get one up? Would take 15-20 min not long and you get great support and guidance.

How do you know you're very insulin sensitive? Serious question to understand you.

To really help you though, and this is honest here, we do need to see your log shared. It's fairly easy to do it, will take about 15-20min and about 5min to update us weekly. You start a new thread with your current cycle LOG, share training, diet, sleep, supps and history and we guide you as the big EVO family and support you as well. :D its a win win.

I’m currently on trt thru a doc. At 250 mg. Of test cypionate weekly. Currently running Sarms w/ that consisting of cardarine and yk-11 1ml per day along with that. Was doing hgh at 4ius but tapered down because of the joint pain/carpal tunnel but even at 1ius per day the pain was too much so I had to stop. Also doing bpc-157 and tb-500 with bPc at 500mcg daily and the tb at 2mg twice weekly.

Hello if anyone give me some tips or let me know your thoughts I’ve been on retta for couple weeks now started at 1mg a week now I’m at 4mg a week I feel I’ve lost tons of muscle and feel supper depleted and flat 24/7 started at 215 weight now I’m down to 200 last year when I cut I got down to 200 and was supper lean this time around I don’t look anything like I did last year at that weight as well currently on 400 test E 200dhb and 600eq and still feel no fullness I eat clean deit 5 meals a day train 6 days a week with 30 min cardio debating on pulling retta and seeing if I will fill out and feel fuller and keep cutting with out it

welcome to the EVO family @Adv915 you're new here but no need to post multiple times about the same thing, give us time. :D
Retatrutide at 4 mg is likely too high too soon which is flattening you out from reduced appetite and glycogen. Drop it back to 2 mg weekly for 3–4 weeks while bumping carbs to 300–320 g and adding a refeed day every 5–6 days to refill glycogen, that will restore some fullness and let you judge real muscle loss versus depletion.

Start a log so we can track weekly bodyweight, strength, and macros while you adjust the retatrutide dose. Post your current training split, main lifts, and meals so the next update can be fine-tuned for fullness and muscle retention. Without knowing more about you it's all guessing.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
