Easy, start a new thread with your current training LOG, post your diet training history stats and cardio and supps and we will guide you into a new cycle. It takes around 15min easy to do.

HOW-TO LOG?

  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

More than I have.
 
I would get a log Journal going. that's going to tell us the most information.
 
I hope you'll get some pictures up for us.

this way we can go from there.
 
put up your log journal and post up your full diet and your full training.

that will help us mold you a good cycle.
 
I would take a look at the other logs on here as well.

that will give you a good indicator of what can you can use.

from here you can run some test and var.

Start super low 200 test and see how you can grow .
Let the gentics and the food take you where you need to go and after 10 weeks see how you end up .
