Hey im about to start my first cycle the goal is to bulk im 22

-Test cyp 200mg/week for 14 weeks
-Dianabol 20 mg/day 10 mg morning & 10 mg at night before my workout for 5/6 weeks

Starting (natty) weight is 128 lbs thats besides the point but I stopped eating and working out for a while my normal weight is 135-140lbs (natty)

My diet is literally get my carlories in mabey its my genetics but i hardly gain fat
But i drink 2x 1400 calorie shakes morning and night & during my shift i have a real meal so i would say average 3200 cals per day

My workout routine has always been 3 times a week full body, 1 exercise 4 sets per body part. It may or may not change lets see

I also dont target cardio directly as i work as a custodian and walk all night & got a new puppy i take on walks too

Hey thank you! started the dbol today took 20 mg total just got back from the gym so its to late for the bloods im pretty sure but im seeing my doctor next week! Il ask him if they took all of what you mentioned

I have been thinking about gear for a while so i got bloods from last year i know my test was 721.05 ng/dl but did not check the rest

You took 1 dose of dbol right?
That’s not too late to stop, you can easily stop now there is no serious HPTA impact.
A doctor won’t usually give you all the bloods, you need to get them private.
Your last bloodwork share please.
 
Welcome brother, @Eddie Haskell is right your need to see where all your markers are at before you go and influence them with Ped's. Also even at those dosages you could aromatise significantly, just the nature of dbol.
Its hard not to get impatient whe. Your that excited for change but this isnt a sprint brother its a marathon and at your age i feel you need to be asking yourself if Ped use is worth the trade off for what could happen to your natural system. Your natural test is high because you still young, would you not consider just dialling in properly as a natty for a little longer? Im not saying not to use gear and you have come to the right place for accurate support and advice, im just saying dont rush in as you dont need to. Glad to have you around though bro, lets get a log going so we can see where things are.
@BeMe your Canadian if i remember correctly, any advice where to resource private bloods?

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I saw @Eddie Haskell gave you the info about blood work, can you do blood work before you start your cycle? there is no way to properly start without it, it's not smart to do so.

you've got a solid base at 22. a great body man. i wouldn't use steroids yet but its up to you and if you go with this just keep the cycles suport short @Reivax

@Reivax you look Extremely raw, but you do have a good physique for your age. i would still encourage you to wait a few years. don't get carried away with steroids until you get closer to 30+

@Reivax id definitely push the gear off for as long as possible you got so much potential for growth without the use of gear, i built a great physique without it in my 20s

Right now I'm running:

20mg Dbol
200mg test cyp

Pin test cyp (Monday/Friday) w/ dbol ED.
5'6" 131.2 lbs 22 years old. Diet is mostly right now cheating by drinking 2 high cal shakes and 1-2 meals avarrage 3200 cals

Shake recipe:
1 cup oats
2 cups milk
3 big spoon of peanut butter
Protein yogurt
Olive oil



workouts; workouts about 3x a week, full body, 4 sets per bodypart

Goals: Bulking Gaining the most weight/mass

I could not do my bloods

1 question: how many days would it take to start noticing dbol effects i feel like my veins are popping abit more but unsure mabey placebo

I know man was dead set on starting but got bloods last year, new i was healthy. didnt plan a 200$ test this month

Good start, 10 lbs up in 3 weeks at your size shows the dbol is doing its job and test is starting to build a base. Only thing I’d say is 120g protein is light for 138 lbs, push that closer to at least 1g per lb so you don’t waste the gains, especially running gear. I would push for 200 grams minimum ed. @Reivax

Shakes are fine for calories but make sure you’re getting more whole food protein in those meals at work. Training 3 days full body is solid for now, just focus on progressive overload each week since you’re in the sweet spot for growth.

Good bit of info in here, good first log post! Welcome to EVO logging bro!

If you're bulking you'll want the calories and protein a bit higher especially with your metabolism. You can get extra calories in for a cleaner bulk by having protein above 350g

If you're bulking you'll want the calories and protein a bit higher especially with your metabolism. You can get extra calories in for a cleaner bulk by having protein above 350g

This sounds good. As far as supps you can check any page of my log (especially the pages near the end) for supps that are excellent to help you out with organ health, your gains, digestion, HPTA, and absorption of the multivitamin you probably wanna take one a day of. It pays dividends in the future for your health both post cycle and helps on cycle too (especially N2Guard).

And if you are training hard enough you will not regret upping your protein from 120g/day to double that, minimum, to 240g/day. It will help your recovery and gains especially with your strength going up with 300mg of T plus the dbol.

Great log update. You can up the calories and especially the protein at this point. This is a bulking cycle for you so go for it and bulk!

Taking any supplements? Just for example here's what I take, they are more important that most people realize, even me before I came on EVO.

walking is a great form of cardio. it's low impact as well. @Reivax So it won't put so much pressure on your legs.

Weight increase is solid brother just be carefull to not get over excited and push too hard. Connective tissue doesnt develope as fast as muscle tissue and you dont wanna risk injury early on.. by all means god hard bro just be careful.

Great TD pics. The stack your running will definitely help add some beef to the frame. Being a skinny guy is great cuz you only need to worry about eating more. Far fewer variables to deal with. Keep protein high, eat eat eat, train, and the gains will come.

One question I have is about DBOL but especially in the beginning of the cycle bro the forearm pumps were killing me sometimes couldnt go 100% because of it. Normal?
You look lean in the pics and the strength jump from 128 lbs to almost 150 lbs in 5 weeks is huge progress.
Dbol pumps like that are normal early on since it spikes glycogen and water fast in the muscle. are you using n2guard with dbol? thats a must, you need cycle support.

Keep training 3x per week heavy and control tempo, you need to warm up more too.

Running 20mg dbol & 300mg test cyp from elitebody.ca



-Test cyp 300mg/week for 14 weeks

-Dianabol 20 mg/day 10 mg morning & 10 mg at night before my workout for 5/6 weeks



Starting (natty) weight is 128 lbs. I am now 149.9 lbs (5 weeks in)

My Strength is insane i benched 185lbs for 5 reps,3 reps, then i had 1 rep so i finished last two sets with 155lbs

I also dont target cardio directly i walk ALOT!!

Excellent detail and good log entry. Impressed with the effort.

I point out the good and the bad on EVO and also give unfiltered advice on here and just wanna say that log entry made my eyes hurt. Can you try and sorta 'pretty' it up a bit with some structure. You can use any template on the log examples if you want. Check mine or check the list of logs too that @LevButlerov provided.
