My liver is a bit sensitive to the fatness of Salmon so I will use different fish there like Barramundi, Monk fish, Snapper, Halibut, etc.
@Supraslx77 Bros this, a great update. I like how you being strict with your diet.

Even when it comes to picking out the fish, you eaten. Make sure it's wild fish. Not farm-raised.

@Supraslx77 yeah salmon doesn't agree with some people.

That's good that you switched around to different foods, that will react better for your body.

@Supraslx77 that’s a good mix on the training man. Great work

Sorry I needed to be more specific. That's the concentration of Omega 3 in that oil i am taking 7-8 grams a day plus more from the fish itself
@Supraslx77 7-8 grams is fine if in oil bro ;) i didnt realize you had it
Snapper is beautiful, I like it a lot.
That's my friend with average size snapper for our area. They are much bigger in tropics and Barrier Reef
best fish i've seen on EVO bro
@stevesmi also a big fishing guy

@Supraslx77 it's a well-structured diet plan that prioritizes high-quality protein sources and balanced macros. By addressing the areas for consideration, you can further optimize your nutrition for your specific needs and goals.

@supeaslx77 it’s always good to mix the food up so you don’t get bored of it.

Nothing wrong with switching it up. It gets boring eating the same thing every day but some people just find it easier to stick to.
Yeah it is definitely easier for me. Don't need to think, just eat. Prep for 4-5 days and off you go. But after nearly 3 months it got boring

Haha imagine eating Bison's ass. I am not ready for this experience yet, so just pork at this stage lol
Bison burgers good though lol :P
