hey lads, chest from last night sorry screen a bit weird at the end of the plan haha,
training is good, am grabbing some tb500 and bpc157 as will be pushing hard this phase and dont want my shoulder to become a problem so will be doing everything to keep it good,
food and gear still same as of now,
also attached 2 pics from checkins on sunday, heaviest i have been with abs ever, 86/87kg, very excited for this push up, believe we are aiming to hit 90kg with abs then let the body have a bit of a break food and gear wise before we go up again
