Back in Australia now, time to work blast off.
Started my blast last week. TEST/EQ/MAST/NPP,/HGH/SLIN front loading the EQ double dose for 2 weeks.
Also running Reta from @ZenithHealth which I run a separate log on. Also in the mix is SLU-PP-332, Mots c, 5amino.

45 minutes fasted Cardio

Chest/Delts/Triceps

Nautilus Seated Chest Press. 12reps x 3 sets
Flex Fitness Seated Chest Press. 12 reps x 3 sets
Cybex Incline Press. 12reps x 3 sets
Machine Dips. 12 reps x 3 sets
Cybex Seat shoulder Press. 12reps x 3 sets
Side delt machine. 15reps x 3 sets
Cable side delts. 15reps x 3 sets
Pec Deck. 15reps x 3 sets
Tricep Rope push downs. 15 reps x 3 sets
Skull Crushes. 12reps x 3 sets
Cable Tricep kickbacks. 15reos x 3 sets

Diet at the moment is 3250c 280g protein, 250g carbs, 60g Fat. Bodyweight 113.7kg/250lbs

Straight Arm Cable Row. 3sets x 12 reps x 50kg

Rear delt machine. 3aets x 15reps x 40kg

Preacher Curl Machine. 3sets x 15reps x 40kg

Cable bar bicep curls. 3sets x 15reps x 45kg

Cable drag curls. 3sets x 15 reps x 20kg

Barbell shrugs. 3sets x 12 reps x 140kg
