Straight Arm Cable Row. 3sets x 12 reps x 50kg
Rear delt machine. 3aets x 15reps x 40kg
Preacher Curl Machine. 3sets x 15reps x 40kg
Cable bar bicep curls. 3sets x 15reps x 45kg
Cable drag curls. 3sets x 15 reps x 20kg
Barbell shrugs. 3sets x 12 reps x 140kg
I like High volume workouts it has made me grow the most.
