Yeah, man for sure not allergies are a real thing.

But if you stop eating them for a long time, you'll be surprised sometimes going back. You won't be allergic anymore.

Standing leg curl 2x15 50kg

RDL 1x5 140kg

Seated leg curl 2x10

Hack squat 1x12 5PPS

Cybex squat press 1x17 7PPS

Not many sets but heavy weights on the hack and leg press fried my legs.
