You still training and running the cycle?
Did you get your bloods a while back on @Liquid Gold Labs You said you were dropping the NPP prior to taking, So would be good review for their gear to see.
Unless I’m missing it and it’s been posted elsewhere?
 
So you did or didn’t do the bloods like you said ? Didn’t answer me.
Just interested to see.

Also even a small workout entry and updates still good to post keeps your log active and counted towards your sponsorship.

Eddie was saying about for logs to count

3 times a week workout update constant photos and meal update, log missed for 2 weeks is a void.
 
Yeah training going ok,only been getting in quick half hour sessions last 10 days,hardly worth logging but will post a log update tonight after training,should get a decent volume in finally.
Waiting :D

Incline barbell bench (7°incline)
2 × sets of 10 reps @ 170lbs
6 × sets of 6 reps @ 220lbs
2 × sets of 6 reps @ 200lbs
Incline dumbbell press,
8 × sets of 6 reps @ 130lbs
2 × sets of 6 reps @ 150lbs

4 × sets of dips for 8 reps per
Barbell skull crushers
6 × sets of 6 reps @ 120lbs

Out of I interest wondering why are you hitting a total of 20 sets of incline presses. That’s way too much volume, take some out and ad some other chest movements in especially some flys.

You say you have some issues with injuries, and niggles. Your rotator cuffs would be cooked on 20 sets of pressing.

Any physique updates ? A photo of that chest pump post workout?

Anyone can do 20 sets of it's done with sufficient time between sets,anytime I change it up and do something different the expert critics come with opinion,nothing wrong with my session here it's not the normal for me and I just do what I feel on the day as you can see from past chest logs,if I do a super light workout then it's regressive overload,if I do a high volume session then it's too much,I've been doing this a long time ,I don't train to compete,I don't train to be the biggest or the leanest,I train to look and feel good for my age.alwahs have,posted recent photos couple of weeks back,will post in fair time.
