Got in a basic chest session.
Incline barbell bench press,(7°)
2 × sets of 15 reps @ 170lbs
3 × sets of 6 reps @ 235lbs
1 × set till failure @ 150lbs
Dumbbell press,(7° incline)
4 × sets of 8 reps @ 70lbs
1 set till failure @ 50lbs
3 × sets of dips for 8 reps.
3 × sets of incline diamonds for 20 reps.
