Hey everyone,

Glad to be part of the Evolutionary community. I'm in my mid-40s and have been training since my teens. I’ve been on TRT for about half of that time, but truth be told, I’ve been cycling since I first picked up a pair of dumbbell...for better or worse, that’s the route I took.

Like many of you who’ve walked a similar path, I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries. Every time I patch myself up, I come back with more experience and a fresh mindset, ready to build a new baseline and chase the next level. My approach has shifted over the year - these days, my cycles are pretty straightforward: increase my test, maybe add in some milder orals. I've experiemented with SARMs and Peptides over the years...but I rarely use high doses, like I was doing in my 20's and 30's, or use your traditional "bulking" compounds anymore.

I’ve recently added HGH to the mix and started pushing my training volume up. I actually found Evolutionary while hunting for a new source of letro after my usual suppliers ran dry, but after reading through the content and discussions here, I knew it was worth sticking around.

I’ve been part of several boards over the years under the username Avitoholis, and I’m looking forward to learning from the experience and insight this community clearly offers. Appreciate the welcome.

@shadoprizm welcome to the EVO family :D we are happy to have you here. We have many who have walked your path.

The best thing you need to do right now is start your TRT log for the EVO family so we can guide and support you.
I don't know why you want to use letrozole, but keep in mind its dangerous and can cause long term serious side effects, both mental and physical.

I think its best we see your training TRT log go up now and we can guide you from there. It's easy to do and takes 15min. Share your diet training cardio sleep and goals.

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Let's start with your full stats and go from there.

We're going to have you on the right track.

Log what you're trying to do, that will be important.

letro is very very outdated.

you will want aromasin or adex on cycle

Let's start with your log Journal. And tell us more about yourself.

I think this has the potential to be a good log.

We need more loggers talking about growth hormone because it's an underrated option.
