Approved Log My "Athletic" Primobolan Masteron Anavar Tbol Cycle Log

Gouki

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
BodyBuilder
OK, everyone so the purpose of this log is to share the details of my current cycle that’s going to be contributing more to my athletic goals and current maintenance of physique and strength.

A little background about myself, I was a competitive martial artist in my teenage years. I was also active with gymnastics. I thought I was going to be a professional fighter. That was all I dreamed about growing up. A spinal injury later and I could not be as competitive or even training as hard as I wanted to which led me astray for a few years until one day in the gym someone suggested I should take up competing since I have a good physique. Don’t twist my rubber arm since I’ve beenDon’t twist my rubber arm, since I’ve been deprived of being able to compete in martial arts I was thirsty for that adrenaline rush state so I went in the direction Bodybuilding.

The Bodybuilding chapter in my book is now closed and I’m grateful through the process. I was able to develop other muscles in my body and strengthen my skeletal muscles to a degree where my spinal injury is manageable with exercise and maintaining physical therapy. So I decided to get back to competing in martial arts.

@pur-pharma-canada sent the boosters, huge shout out to the staff and team for super fast shipping and elite tier supply.

strength training program in the gym follows a simple push pull legs push pull with two rest days. Now due to days of martial arts as well as training people it can’t be as I would prefer it. I would have to be flexible and just be able to get it in.
As for cardio and the gym, I’m going to be doing cardio seven days a week. I’m deciding to prioritize my cardiovascular capacity, stamina, and longevity going forward.

I will be training martial arts four times a week for hour and a half each session. A lot of cardio and fast twitch muscle training.

CYCLE:
Primo: 50mg daily
Mast A: 50mg daily
Anavar: 20mg/AM. 20mg/PM
Tbol: 20mg/AM. 20mg/PM
Nolva: 40mg daily.

Nutrition:
I'm not keeping track of anything. Just eating intuitively focusing on higher protein and fats and cycling through carbs. On higher carb days lower the fat intake.

Current weight is 215lbs.
Height is 5'9.
Goal is to remain 215lbs with better body composition, ideally.

I will be updating this log weekly.

I welcome ALL relevant questions so feel free to pick my brain.

How did you originally get your spinal injury?
What kind of things have you done to help with that?

Tell us more about your exercise with physical therapy.

That sounds very interesting that things that you are doing.

Any reason why that you're injecting the Primo on a daily basis?

Why not Just use it weekly?

I'm sure you have a lot of knowledge to share.
215 lbs. You barely have any body fat.

Oh man you guys are too nice, I appreciate all the positivity.

Thus far this week nutrition as been weak.

Meal 1: 300g blueberries, 2 bananas, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup eggwhites, 4 jamaican beef patties, 2 croissants, 100g homemade eggsalad.

Meal 2: 250g chicken thighs, large bowl of salad and large bowl of potatoes, dominos pizza.

This nutrition is a mix of trying to eat based on goals and looking for dopamine hits. its not ideal for my physique goal but my wifes says it's more balanced psychologically. According to her I have a bad relationship with food revolving around punishment/reward.

Going forward I want to clean this up and maybe have one day in the week wear I eat what I feel like eating.

farkin beast bro. Have you ruptured a bicep?
Either way man impressive physique very low BF and hard as.

Yes both in 2020. One just looks worse than the other.

I think that gymnastics you did Growing Up really helped your muscle memory, as you got older.

It helped you develop a nice physique. Easily.
I feel the same way. I developed a Pro physique in about 3 years and I'm not genetically gifted like Lee priest or anyone like that.
have you used tren before?

how about hgh?
Yes mostly during contest prep

How did you originally get your spinal injury?
What kind of things have you done to help with that?
I was practicing my tucks and flips and I hit the ground on my tailbone.
Tell us more about your exercise with physical therapy.

good to know there's interest! I sure will in here!
Any reason why that you're injecting the Primo on a daily basis?

Why not Just use it weekly?
I prefer to keep and maintain stabilized levels.

215 lbs. You barely have any body fat.
You know I've been told I'm crazy but if I don't look 3 weeks out I feel like I'm "soft and fat".

EVO family is all about big love @Gouki :D
I want to see you tighten up the macros too, is this normal for you to eat dominos? :P

Yeah eat pretty open. Most pros in bodybuilding know what they can get away with and what they can't. What ruins my physique is excess sugar.
Keep in mind I'm also eating for performance. 4 hours of steady cardio a week and 4 hours of HIIT cardio a week.
I'll lose muscle if I eat like I'm dieting.

@pur-pharma-canada big shout out for elite pharma grade material. 11/10

Best var I've used to date.
Sure I think you look great so you're doing things right :D nice abs you tight here.

Definitely are your strongest critic.

That's a cool thing to do.

Ouch, those gymnastic injuries are brutal.
I'm surprised you don't hear more stories of gymnasts, getting those types of injuries.

physique looks solid.
you should do some moddeling with that look.

You look fantastic man. Most people would kill for that physique.

Great to hear from this new canadian source @pur-pharma-canada (y)

I've read your log, very impressive physique. Thanks for sharing. Keeping the waist this tight while having size like yours is something I can only dream of!

UPDATE:

Been working on mobility a lot. Hips feeling looser.

I stopped squatting with weights for now because I want to be able to kick high and fast.

Cardio remains the same. 7 days a week between steady state and HIIT. 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Gym is push pull legs. High volume with focus on isolation contraction and expansion.

Food at the moment is just whole foods mostly. 2x a day. Protein, fats and for carbs 80% fruits 20% starches. example, 5 eggs, a chunck of aged cheddar, Parmesan, 5-10 dates, 300g of blueberries, 2-3 golden kiwis, 1 orange.

Is it really beneficial to split var dose?

Is it really beneficial to split var dose?

It sure does matter. I don't know who king Gemelli is so I can't make any comments.
Biochenically we are talking about blood level stabilization, less processing for the kidneys at a time, therefore making it less unhealthy and maintaining chemical stability.

These are the reasons why professionals split up their doses and even inject on a daily basis regarding of slow or fast bonding esters.

I totally agree. I even split my trt dose. 75mg Monday same Thursday

One dose of 40mg can be more problematic for side effects compared to split doses of 20mg.

Anavar shouldn't have any noticeable side effects at all. If you're getting side effects from anavar I would highly question the source.

@pur-pharma-canada has pharmaceutical grade anavar. I highly recommend getting orals from a proven source instead of shopping for who's giving better prices. I wouldn't put regular gas in my Viper why would I put anything but the best in my own body. 💪🏽👌🏽

UPDATE:

I have to transparently say I fucking love Pür.
I just did a blood work and it's the cleanest results I've had. EVER. being on a cycle.
God bless everything was normal and looking well.
Estrogen panel all under control.

@pur-pharma-canada thank YOU for being so godlike 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

In the Gym - pumps are 10/10. Strength has been increased very smoothly. Grip strength specifically very fnoticrable. I can go through a heavy back day and maintain my grip (I don't like using straps it kills so much time)

Flexibility has increased as a by product of my daily stretching and hip mobility training.
I also do a hamstring program as well.
This has allowed me to do hanging leg raises instead of fighting to bring my legs up.

@Npcclassicphysique champ i managed to get some food pics in from the week lmao I beg your forgiveness but hey its a start I guess right haha.

I personally feel revamped. With new endurance and flexibility there's more areas of training that I now enjoy exploring and pushing my boundaries instead of being under the heavy weights (truth be told it got boring for me and I just didn't care much for it)

I'd like to share training clips I feel it would be great content instead of pictures because you can see the movements and nice to analyze.

Overall this week was a great win for me due to improving in areas I aimed to improve.

Every night I pray and thank God for my heath and blessings and for having @pur-pharma-canada

@Gouki food looks amazing, you look thick :D can see you really pushing it hard.

I thought I could just eat two large meals (am and pm) but with all the cardio I started to lose energy and strength.
I don't care for getting smaller but to lose energy and strength was a deal breaker.

Nothing better than some meat on a stick.

It just tastes better.

Man, that shrimp recipe with the asparagus looks really good. You're giving me some good ideas.

Very nice meals. You're putting together.

Delicious yet. Also healthy.

Wow, that red meat chopped up like that looks incredible. You really have to teach me how to make that.

Oh wow, that is amazing. Looking barbecue.

The food is too good to be true.

That bed of rice next to that meat looks incredible. And I love the salad as well.

i agree with you man, its important to take these steroids the right way

You could but obviously not big enough

You keep your diet on point and you hit your cardio and good things happen
Ahh its not as on point as I'd like it to be for the sake of aesthetics but because my physique goals are limited to "don't get sloppy" I splurge more than I should be 🥶

Nice updates, man, you are looking like an absolute Beast. Keep it going.
Thanks brother! If there's any request for content please let me know.

I thought I was but yes you're right. Thag amount I would need to sleep after lol.

Got an ultra sound to see wtf is going with my kidneys. Blood work looks good but I feel a pressure on my sides... Hopefully it's limited to Muscular pain only.

Wow I didn't expect such feed back on the food lmao.

I'll get in more for you guys LOL. really wish we could've done videos for content.
Waiting on the big vids :D

@Gouki Nice update man.....

Hey everyone, sorry I’ve been away. I’ve been dealing with some personal stuff close to my heart.
Being a neurodivergent person sometimes emotional regulation can be difficult dealing with potential tragedies.

Anyway, let’s get back to the subject of the log. I’ve changed my lifting program in the gym to five by fives and maintaining push, pull and legs split.
through this program, I’ve actually managed to break my own PR in terms of lifting weights and at the same time, saving my body from being overtaxed.

I’m eating about 3300 calories and this week I was able to go up about 5 pounds and weight achieving a fasted weight of 221lbs. I’m still eating two times a day. I’m not hitting the recommended macros, but I personally have never believed in "recommended macros". the body has much more efficient, protein, synthesization, and nitrogen retention while on performance enhancement so I don’t find it necessary to eat as much protein as as everyone thinkThe body has much more efficient, protein, synthesization, and nitrogen retention while on performance enhancement so I don’t find it necessary to eat as much protein. I’m more so focussing on getting my calories in through Whole Foods, depending on my feeling whether I need to have more carbs or fats. Of course, as a coach, you can’t be doing this with your clients but with yourself this is my own body. I can be intuitive with it.

Although I’ve increased my hamstring and hip mobility alongside my lower back and shoulders , I have been experiencing minor injuries in the tendon and muscle attachment areas. My guess would be Because I’m enhanced, my muscles are adapting faster than my ligaments and muscle attachmentBecause I’m enhanced, my muscles are adapting faster than my ligaments and it’s not used to the kind of load I’m putting on iand it’s not used to the kind of load and force I’m putting it through so I’m going to take it down a notch or two just so I don’t end up actually injuring myself.

Huge shoutout to @pur-pharma-canada for their elite tier products. Arimidex hardened me up in just a week along side of my stack of Tbol, Var, Mast and Primo.

Cycle update:

Var: 20mg a day
Tbol: 20mg a day
Mast: 50mg every other day
Primo 50mg every other day
Arimidex: 1mg 3x a week.

@Gouki nice to see you back with the EVO family bro you resolved your issues?

whats your plan now for the stage?

That's good. That you admit that you have faults here and there. That's some good humility.

You look fantastic man.

You are absolutely killing it and on a roll.

3300 calories a day and you are 221 lbs.

It proves you don't have to eat a ton of food to get your physique you want!

I like how you're keeping your steroid cycle. Very minimal. You're using the tools of your genetics and your training to get you where you want to go.

Nice job, man. I think you have a good stack, you put together.

I haven't seen too many people Use four different DHT's in 1 cycle.

Absolutely, well.. At least now I am I wish I had discovered this earlier about myself.

UPDATE:

Sorry for being away everyone.
I had some injuries to deal with, full disclosure it was quite depressing.
I didn't want to bring my sob story here. I'd rather share how i overcame the challenges. It's been 5 weeks off training other than walking. This week is week 6 and I just started to be able to train.

First injury was old spinal disk that got triggered under 405 squat. Sending me home on my 3rs set of 1st exercise in the gym.

With the help of my amazing chiropractor I was able to regain mobility in two weeks but still nerve triggered so I was being careful.

3 weeks ago as I was getting my foot wet again with training, I received a blow to the forearm in martial arts. Results: hairline fracture of the Radius, torn flexor muscles, ruptured veins and flexor tendon tear.

Total 5 weeks off training and this week being the first that I was able to use my hand. Set backs happen, it's what we do after that matters.

I like to thank @pur-pharma-canada for having my back like a titanium wall. It's privilege and honor to work with them. In this day and age, we need to work with people of honor and integrity. @pur-pharma-canada is a gem in a filthy industry of lies and deceit. Thank you for being here for us all, God bless you guys 🙏🏽💪🏽

@Gouki welcome back to the EVO family :D you look good, great abs, very tight, but sorry to hear about your injuries.
I really think big guys shouldn't be doing martial arts or heavy squats, you can keep mass others ways.

@Gouki The nerve issues are the worst for sure. I once had a herniated disc and it made my fingers numb, it really sucked. Yoga has been a blessing for me though. You really should try it out if you haven't.
