Nah not really .
I mean it could be worse . But I’ve been sick as hell.
Vomiting has been very bad . It’s draining me .
I had 2 or 3 days where I didn’t vomit .
Thought by some Miracle I’m cured ! But here I am right now back to the vomiting .
I’ve been slacking a lot on going to the gym .
I’ll go one day , then 2 days not .woke up early to go today but I have a cold . Massive headache .
More than anything , this has drained me mentally .
And the stupid whores I work with are not helping matters .
At least least I’ve kept a good diet .
That’s one thing I can control

I had a similar issue a few months back. Sicka s a dog for about 4-5 days. Didn't get out of bed, barely ate.

I’ve changed my diet . Removed all carbs . The fibre is what’s making me sick .
2nd day of eating protien and fat .
Lots of water .
I’ve been spending at least 2 hours a night vomiting every day.

please go to the doctor and have them check you out
it could be nothing but it could be something serious
 
my cousin had the same problem and ended up being appendicitis

Still not 100% sure .
One idea they have is lactose intolerance.
Already knew that but now it’s confirmed , another idea is intestinal adhesions . Another idea is a heital hernia .
you can drink protein shakes right?

I just keep getting sent to specialists at this point .
Last appointment was a month ago , had a camera down my gut and a biopsy.
All they found was lactose intolerance.
I already knew that .
I’ve had blood tests , breath tests , shit tests , fart tests . I really think it’s to do with my intestinal adhesions .
No real way of them finding that out unless they open me up and have a look manually

Heaps of water , like a third more than they direct seems to let it pass through easier

on the bloods what are they testing, can you share?
 
I’ll try finding , they were looking for specific gut bacteria’s etc . Nothing out of the ordinary.

The problem isn’t inside the gut , it’s the intestines getting stuck together . Like they get bound up .
Some times even stick to the walls of my bowl chamber .
Causes a restriction in movement in the intestines .
That’s why I can’t eat so much , the physical part of digestion is vein restricted .
Then on the other end , there is a hietal hernia , the colon and upper stomach get caught up towards the chest cavity . I can actually feel that when it happens , I start sweating and it gets harder to breath z

There is a surgery for the hernia , but the intestinal adhesions may be something I have to live with

look into FODMAP dieting as well if you haven't.

I always suspected certain fibres greens for example didn’t go down well with me . But I wanted to maintain healthy movements as I’ve been led to believe so made sure I always had something for fibre .
But I think some of us get inflammation or something , or maybe our intestines just don’t like working as hard .
I don’t know what it is , neither do the doctors ,
But I guess this means change of life style and habits , and I’m constantly looking for that holy grail , something I can finally say “ that’s it . I found what suits me “
but our bodies are also dynamic . Always changing .
We can manipulate our metabolism for example , so the nature of conditions suck as mine can also change , to adapt for better or worse .

90% of the guys do better with fiber but 10% need carvnivore

I’ve been doing my morning cardio every day .
But by late afternoon I start feeling sick again . I’m not vomiting anymore , but the hiccups.
 
It’s been a solid 2 weeks now I think .
I tried a bit of carbs here and there but almost garanteed I’d start to vomit
stick to meat straight carnivore
 
Best thing you can do is eat as healthy as possible
 
gotta get your stomach calm down man lots of fasting is gonna be good for you too

I'm not a new member. Been around since 2019

Here's my apology. I'm sorry that I thought we'd promote responsible PED usage and health management given the health risks of using such drugs.
