Vomiting has been very bad . It’s draining me .
I had 2 or 3 days where I didn’t vomit .
Thought by some Miracle I’m cured ! But here I am right now back to the vomiting .
I’ve been slacking a lot on going to the gym .
I’ll go one day , then 2 days not .woke up early to go today but I have a cold . Massive headache .
More than anything , this has drained me mentally .
And the stupid whores I work with are not helping matters .
At least least I’ve kept a good diet .

I just keep getting sent to specialists at this point .
Last appointment was a month ago , had a camera down my gut and a biopsy.
All they found was lactose intolerance.
I already knew that .
I’ve had blood tests , breath tests , shit tests , fart tests . I really think it’s to do with my intestinal adhesions .
No real way of them finding that out unless they open me up and have a look manually
Amino acids are ok , as long as I add heaps of water to dilute the artificial stuff in it, all that sweetener and all the stuff in it hurts my guts .
Heaps of water , like a third more than they direct seems to let it pass through easier

Some times even stick to the walls of my bowl chamber .
Causes a restriction in movement in the intestines .
That’s why I can’t eat so much , the physical part of digestion is vein restricted .
Then on the other end , there is a hietal hernia , the colon and upper stomach get caught up towards the chest cavity . I can actually feel that when it happens , I start sweating and it gets harder to breath z

There is a surgery for the hernia , but the intestinal adhesions may be something I have to live with

Was reading about fibre may affect my digestive tract . With my intestinal adhesions , my own research has suggested , the less bulk ther is inside my intestines , the less discomfort I should face .
Went ba k to the gym today . Still no vomit. .
I’ll see how this works a few more weeks I guess and may have to work out a more permanent diet

this is a good example and learning experience for us for guys that dont do well with fiber
I have mate . I took what I could from that model .look into FODMAP dieting as well if you haven't.

@Dirt fiber is crucial but very few have issues like you with digestionFunny aye ? All our lives we been told fibre this and fibre that .
I always suspected certain fibres greens for example didn’t go down well with me . But I wanted to maintain healthy movements as I’ve been led to believe so made sure I always had something for fibre .
But I think some of us get inflammation or something , or maybe our intestines just don’t like working as hard .
I don’t know what it is , neither do the doctors ,
But I guess this means change of life style and habits , and I’m constantly looking for that holy grail , something I can finally say “ that’s it . I found what suits me “
but our bodies are also dynamic . Always changing .
We can manipulate our metabolism for example , so the nature of conditions suck as mine can also change , to adapt for better or worse .

No vegetables . No fruit . No rice no bread nothing . Just fatty meat . Once a day
