I'm currently in the beginning of a multi phase bulk. Phase 1, which I'm about 4 weeks into is 400 Test E, 200 NPP lasting about 12 weeks. Starting low and focusing more on pushing food right now. After the 12 weeks, I'll re-evaluate. Phase 2 I'm aiming to be a 20-24 week push. 750 Test E, 450 Deca. Once again, pushing food and recovery. This is where I was thinking of adding in some gh to aid in recovery and also keep the fat to a minimum. Was thinking something like 3-4 iu. Nothing crazy.@OceanView welcome to the EVO family
