Keeping it simple for a 16-week cut. I'm 37, 225. Diet is on point. Got talked into 16:8 Intermitten Fasting...so far I do not enjoy it.

200 mg Test C
50-70 T3
Carderine
.5 ED Anatrozol

Add/Drop?

Thanks!

i wouldn't use T3 man. fucking with your thyroid is not necessary unless you are competing at a high level.

i cannot comment on your diet at all. all you said was you IFast. the idea behind Ifasting is that your insulin levels drop during your fast so your body stays off of storage mode. the problem is i notice guys in that eating window eat way too much. it makes more sense in some situation to eat 2 meals a day.. AM and PM. you still get the insulin drop and you will not overeat that day

also in the middle of that you need to accept hunger. hunger is actually your body detoxing, it isn't your body asking for food.. you will notice when you do eat after being really 'hungry' you actually feel like ass after. well that is why .. instead drink a ton of water.. your body wants to detox, so drink water!

The test level is fine. Just enough to keep muscle while eating in a caloric deficit.

The T3 I have no use for. Too risky when you fuck with your thyroid. What happens if it does not recover?

Cardarine I love in a cut. I would run 20mg per day.

The adex dose is too high in my opinion unless you already know you are sensitive to estrogen. That dose is good for most people running a good cycle. You are only running a TRT dose of test. Personally I don't need any AI with a TRT dose.

Where is your PCT?

I'll comment on the intermittent fasting part...it's not magic. All it does is makes you eat less meals per day so you consume less calories.

You can get the exact same effect by simply eating less at each meal.

At the end of the day, your overall calorie intake is what matters. It does not matter if you spread those meals throughout the day or consume all your food in an 8 hour window.
