Had an incredible pump going today doing heavy barbell rows. Feels like my body is graduating to the higher level now. Nothing can slow me down. Not even my age. Hard to believe I’m only on TRT for the last 5 weeks and still hitting massive PR’s every week.

Today we decided to lower the volume and have an easy day back as we drove back home yesterday and arrived to a 80 degree inside temp. I decided to keep air conditioning off while we were gone for the week so I got very crappy sleep last night too hot inside. This is my last week on TRT and then back on the sauce again. Hopefully my gear will arrive on time to start. I did hit failure on last rep on the cable front raise with 90 lbs wich is a 10 lb PR over last week. The tricep ext was a PR on reps with that weight I believe as it was right at failure on the last set. Hammer curls machine I believe I beat my PR on reps with the weight. Tomorrow is leg day so I have to rest up. Not sure what I am going to do. Might just be a deload day not sure. Maybe even just hammer the hamstrings again will figure it out when I get to the gym. I never know what I am going to do until I am actully there doing it. I always train to how I feel. Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get huge!!!

I will see how it goes bit I plan on lats, delts, and pecs with injections. If I feel good on Tren I will just run it the entire 12 weeks. Cycle can always change on a dime. I want to make sure my visceral fat is low before hitting the anadrol. The semaglutide just eats that shit up.

@RoidRage69 just make sure to keep the dose low and dont ever inject pecs (can cause clots) bro but lats, delts, bis, tris are fine but still acetate is a longer ester its not base, you dont need ED injections, EOD will yield same results bro and less PIP and issues
and i would go out the gate and plan 8 weeks with acetate

Ok 8 weeks it is on the Tren. I handled it pretty good back 30 years ago. Will blast my lats with injections.

Yeah my forearms and thumbs are taking a beating with the drastic increase in weights I am using. My thumbs are actually getting worse every week. Might have to see a doc.
You don’t have ones that don’t need you to use grip? My gym has a few hack squat variations where you don’t need any grip strength.

Ok so tomorrow I start my cycle and won’t have tren and TNE to start with. Still waiting on product to get delivered. I am thinking of supplementing the Tren with extra NPP and the TNE will just use Test E in place and go 500mg since that would be close to compared to 350mg of TNE. I will actually go less on NPP than the combined dose of Tren and NPP. Here is what I will start with until my package arrives.

Test E 500mg/week
NPP 400mg/week
Proviron 50mg/day
Cialis 20mg/day
Aromasin 10mg EOD or ED.
Semaglutide .25mg/week

Still have another week of HCGenerate left. Will take it until gone and then either start on small dose of HCG weekly or more HCGenerate if they want me continue to use it and log it.

Went to a different gym today so it was a little weird. Still had a great workout with a PR on one exercise and equaled my pr with reps on the stack for cable rows. Used a different v bar that was fatter than normal. At least I had my straps with me. Forarms are cramping like crazy already. Today is the last day before the big cut that starts tomorrow. Took the time to shave entire body with a razor and shave cream today. Hopefully I dont get too much razor burn. Will be eating my Italian leftovers in a few minutes and then cooking a nice big ribeye steak for the meal after that. Everyone have a nice evening and have a good start to the week ahead. Lets get huge!!!

Cramping is not the same as a pump. Cramping started 3 hours later after I shaved body. Had less than 30 grams carbs before workout for the day. I believe it’s from heavy weights. I don’t know anyone on this board that can keep up with me on back day.

Matched my PR on weights on pretty much everything except lateral raise I decided to go lighter. Today also marks the start of my cutting cycle. if you do 500mgs of testosterone ED 10mgs aromasin is better but 5/2 like HGH

Can already feel the semaglutide decreasing the appetite after only 1 day. Had two greek yogurts this morning with a couple bites of leftover steak and stomach was feeling it. Went and did a nice cardio session. Sweated like I race horse. That ostazol and cardazol sure heat up the body pretty fast. Sure makes for a good preworkout. Will be shooting for about 1750 cals today. About 400 cals per meal is the goal. Lots of fiber and some fresh fruit with my chicken and tuna for the day. Tomorrow is leg day so will be interesting to see how the quads look fully carb depleted. Everyone have a nice day at the gym and get huge!!!

Can already feel the semaglutide decreasing the appetite after only 1 day. Had two greek yogurts this morning with a couple bites of leftover steak and stomach was feeling it. Went and did a nice cardio session. Sweated like I race horse. That ostazol and cardazol sure heat up the body pretty fast. Sure makes for a good preworkout. Will be shooting for about 1750 cals today. About 400 cals per meal is the goal. Lots of fiber and some fresh fruit with my chicken and tuna for the day. Tomorrow is leg day so will be interesting to see how the quads look fully carb depleted. Everyone have a nice day at the gym and get huge!!!
Add in some frozen blue berries to that Greek yogurt! 👌👌

I didn't notice the same effect with semaglutide but with tirzeptude it was like night and day after the first shot. Hunger way down. Seem to be dropping fat pretty rapidly. Just started my second week.

I noticed reduced appetite as well. Glad that’s working for you. 💪

Not quite force feeding. Just hitting my target macros. I like to do things slowly, i feel it works best for me. I could drop to 1800cals no problem but it would not be sustainable for me in the long run and i would have issues with rebound coming out of the cut. If i get to that same 1800cals slowly it is better for me in the long run.

I'll drop to wherever i need to go within reason. I reassess weekly where i am at and decide to stay or drop a bit.
Even for contest prep i didn't need to go below 1800. I'm just tightening up for a couple months before i build again so not super concerned with getting extremely lean right now.

Def agree but if you gotta drop them low at the end you gotta do what you have to do.
I think the glp products are great for dieting as you really don’t even feel like your dieting. Would be Iminterrsting to use it deep in prep when everything sucks. 😅
