By the time I run out of my ozempic in 6 months I will have abs like you. I'm actually considering not doing a lean bulk at the end of Jan and just going back on 50mg anavar. Wish I could go on low dose Tren at that time but as you say its too harsh for my bodyfat levels.

As hard as I train I can take multiple days off and will still be fine. My whole motto is to leave it all in the gym. Probably why I am always so beat up. LOL. Rest is the most important part of it all. The longer I can rest the harder and stronger I will be the next week. Too many people think that you lose strength if you miss the gym too much. I find it the opposite. I'm no longer putting on any muscle so no reason to beat up myself while cutting. Take an extra day or two off from time to time. Of course its cardio that I am missing out on these last two days but fuck it. I am losing a good amount of fat doing nothing and my resting HR is 61 so I am good to go.

Cant squat with my shoulder the way it is. Not gonna happen for probably a year or more. I am not competing so I have no urgency to fuck it up more than it already is. I cant even put a bar on my back. I tried and it wont work. I am not even deadlifting or benching. When your inured you have to train smart not stupid shit like you suggest. There difference between me and others is I have patience. Its a marathon not a sprint. If I start squatting only bad things will come out of it. And no there is no special bars at my gym so that's out of the question. I will be happy if I can get back under a bar in the next couple years.

There is also nothing magical about squatting vs alternatives.

Is the best attitude to have. It’s taken me too long to even start trying to back off pushing when it is only going to make everything worse.

Before I got injured that’s just how I dealt with everything, push harder until you are past it. Doesn’t work when you are older and injured, starts doing the opposite thing and screws you up even worse.

This last week I’ve had to skip training further a couple of times because I know what happens if I try to keep pushing now, is so hard to back off I can’t even explain. Even when I do train I struggle to do it within what are good parameters, like waiting 3-4mins between sets, is so hard for me to do that, is just the opposite of how I trained in my youth.

Its safe to say I am continuing to get stronger even though I am on just a small 150mg/week Test Cyp and 2IU GH. Been a few weeks off cycle. No end in strength gains in sight even though I continue to lose fat. Next week I bump up the dose of semaglutide from .25mg to .5mg. That should kickstart even further fat loss.

@RoidRage69 i would suggest you stay on this semaglutide dose for more time before bumping, set a goal weight not time, like 250lbs and then you can up the peptides etc

I am going on the dosing schedule as recommended. You double the dose every 4 weeks until you get to 1mg. If you can tolerate 1mg then you go to 2mg. The only reason you start at .25mg is because it is to mitigate any sides and get the stomach ready as it slows the emptying process. The .25mg and .5mg dose is not a therapeutic dose. It gets working really well when you hit 2.4mg which is the standard dose for weight loss and blood sugar management.

I am actually surprised at my progress in the gym while cutting so drastically. I thought for sure I would lose strength as soon as I stopped taking Anavar and masteron.
How long ago did u stop ? They will be in the system for some time and still provide some benefits, I know for a while I was still pretty strong and had good endurance, once the compound was out of my system and I dropped into trt I lost a good amount lol, but it slowly has been coming back with time.

I stopped the anavar on Nov 27th and the masteron a week before that. I was doing up to 675mg of injectables at one point in early Oct and started changing the cycle and stopped NPP and EQ. Never slowed down on strength gains. I cant wait to see how I respond once I go on a real cycle with lots of food. I plan on being at least 250 at under 10% end of next year.

Stomach is much smaller. In fact I dropped from a size 40 pants to 38 and those 38 are actually to big. I think I am ready to wear size 36. Haven't worn that size in 20 years. I have more muscle now than I have since I was in my mid 20's. The best part is that I am holding back in the gym so I dont get injured. I am definitely glycogen depleted and sleep deprived.

Haven't noticed any side effects other than food tastes bland. I look at it like antibuse for food.

men are under the incorrect assumption we don't need to work our cores. That is why a lot of weight lifters have very weak cores and it will catch up to them so thats smart
