Had a nice short low volume workout today. Went very well and set new PR's on Close Grip Bench. The most ive ever done is 275 for 8 and today went up and did a double with 315 so I was happy. Not bad considering I didn't have my belt or wrist wraps with me. No protective gear whatsoever. Will be eating good this weekend and then the diet starts on Monday. Low carb low cals. Everyone have a wonderful evening and enjoy the weekend in the sun!!!

Ok so I had another crappy night of sleep. It always happens on leg day. Doesn't matter what supplements I take for sleep it always happens. With that being said what do I do when I get crappy sleep on leg day? I bust out PR's!!! Had an awesome day. I felt like a boss in the gym. Also went below the 260lb mark. I can feel the fat melt away with semaglutide. This drug is a modern day miracle. I dont even have to try and diet. I am just full all the time. It almost feels like I am cheating. Thank god for big pharma!!! Ok everyone have an excellent day in the gym and get huge with me!!!

Been using one for 10 years. A bad nights sleep once a week is unavoidable when you are over 50 years old. I have the best sleep doctor on the west coast. I swear you always bring this up. You can’t stop it. It’s not a big deal. I am not worried. I get good sleep 5-6 days per week.

Ok so tomorrow I start my cycle and won’t have tren and TNE to start with. Still waiting on product to get delivered. I am thinking of supplementing the Tren with extra NPP and the TNE will just use Test E in place and go 500mg since that would be close to compared to 350mg of TNE. I will actually go less on NPP than the combined dose of Tren and NPP. Here is what I will start with until my package arrives.

Test E 500mg/week
NPP 400mg/week
Proviron 50mg/day
Cialis 20mg/day
Aromasin 10mg EOD or ED.
Semaglutide .25mg/week

Still have another week of HCGenerate left. Will take it until gone and then either start on small dose of HCG weekly or more HCGenerate if they want me continue to use it and log it.
This cycle is gonna he a banger 💪
 
Probably going to see PR’s every couple weeks through the end of the year.

Took today off no cardio. I’ve been in the gym 6 days in a row I can have a day off. My appetite is crashed with semaglutide on board. I’m really anxious to start my Tren Ace and TNE next week. I am also a little nervous about PIP. Hopefully the lower dose EuroPharmacies gear doesn’t hurt too much.

Had a decent day today. Definitely extremely carb depleted atm. Machine Flys felt strong at 250 so went up 15 lbs for a PR and got out 12 and 10 reps with good stretch. Dips felt pretty decent. No shoulder pain which I will take on any day!!! Got out 2 more reps on overhead DB tricep ext with my max weight today which was surprising. I figured that the dips would have pre exhausted my tris so bad but I had the strength to keep going. All in all a good workout. Felt big and swole. Can't wait to get Tren and Test No Ester on board next week. Really looking forward to daily shorts of the short acting test will be taking 1.5 hours before hitting the gym. Tren should really help as well. Only eating about 1750-2000 cals per day. Today will be a larger cal day as going out to dinner with father. Sat is always a big meal day for me. I should have about 2500-3000 cals for the day. Most of it for my dinner meal. Had two greek yogurts for brekky and just finished 10 oz chicken breast and 1 cup long grain rice. My next meal will be lamb chops, greek rice, pita bread, tziki sauce, and Greek salad. Not sure how much I will be able to down as the semaglutide really limits the amount of food you can put in your stomach before it says no more. Okj everyone have a nice weekend and get big and shredded with me!!!

I’m still skeptical about increasing strength while I am on semaglutide. I had such an amazing bulk I just can’t see it continue forever. Sooner or later the strength has give a little. I will just continue training the same and then when I see things stall I will switch to either 8 sec reps or higher volume low rest between sets. Switch it up a little bit.

Just ride it out until your cals can’t support it then drop the weights and go higher volume with short breaks between sets.

Imo as long as you keep your strength while loosing fat that’s a win because pound for pound you are technically getting stronger.

Once I start tren I will up carbs to about 150 grams per day on the low end. I’m thinking low fat high protein moderate carbs.

Had about 200 grams protein today and about 200 grams carbs so far. No idea on fat probably 80 grams. Still have one meal left. Hi protein ice cream and protein shake before bed.

What I'd do next time for myself is split my meals so that you'd be eating no more than 3 hours apart, staying satiated throughout the day I think is imperative to keeping the "anger" down lol

yeah 200 grams minimum imo that was the perfect amount at least for me, 250 or above is god mode XD

Had a very intense cardio session today. Did intervals on StairMaster and then did multiple different times of backward walking on treadmill at 15’ incline. About 1/4 of time on treadmill was backwards walking. Legs were pumped. Shirt had a couple pounds of sweat when I was done.
 
I think during my next bulk that would be a good time to do weighted dips. Have to be careful with shoulder while in a 1000-1500 cal deficit.

Damn must be tough takes a tough individual to cut weight....you'll kill it I know you will man!!! Enjoy 👊👑

Just keep moderate carbs and you’ll be good. I won’t go below 150-175 anymore with tren anymore. You feel like shit. Last prep I was doing 50-75g for a period and the wheels came off pretty quick!!

I have been eating 3/4 pint of homemade ice cream with a protein shake about 45 min before bed. It has at least half the sugar of regular ice cream.
I would cut the sugar carbs at night. I use monk fruit sweater or stevia instead of sugar. Never had an issue with sleeping after eating either of them.

Ok. I don’t have any made up so will go without it tonight. I found that the sugar free chocolate pudding helps a lot in the ice cream. Thanks @PrinceDaddy!!! Will look into monkfruit and try it out.

This cycle will be the turning point for my road to success. I so damn excited to get TNE and Tren. My whole philosophy starts in the gym. Both of these compounds will push my training through the Elite level. I wonder if I should split up my temasartan dose and take half with my pre workout shots?

Man that is about as nice a thing as I've ever heard from anyone. I am proud to be part of the team and most importantly getting to know all you cool dudes. You guys have a vast wealth of knowledge.
