Had a decent leg session today. Was 4 lbs lighter than last weeks leg session so it was more intense. Did the same weights on my working sets and went less reps on the cybex as I wanted to make sure form was the goal. Went slower and deeper. Same thing with Hack Squats but ended up getting a REP PR thats cool. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead!!!

No. I mentioned using this machine maxed out years ago recently. But I AM happy for RR. Now he has to either rep it or find a way to go even heavier = big man problems lol

I wonder if I should bump up the gh from 2-3 iu per day now that I am at the higher dose of semaglutide. I know last time I was on 1mg semaglutide it really started eating away my muscle.
if the semaglutide acts as your insulin mimicker i can see that working. or just keep the gh the same

You would do very well on it. Just make sure you use Tren with it. High androgenic load is a must with semaglutide.

Forgot to mention I ordered 2 months worth of IGF-1 for both my wife and I for less than $150 today from umbrella labs. Will use starting in the end of November when my bulk starts.

Question about MK677. Can it be used first thing in the morning to help combat the massive hunger spikes? If I take it before bed I wake up 5 hours later wanting to eat everything. I can't afford more HGH and have a bunch of this stuff so wanted to get opinions.
I am not sure if that method of action will work, it might I have zero experience with mk677 only with hgh. I don't see the harm in possibility of experimenting and seeing if it works.

Went 20 lbs lighter on incline felt a little weaker. My weight is down about 7 lbs sine the last time I done them 2 weeks ago so not too bad. Definitely give it a shot worse that happens u don't like it or it doesn't work, either way it helps you and all of us following your log and gives us ideas on trying this or that, beat part about the logs seeing the workouts and cycles and different train of thoughts on things.

Yeah thats true hey in other news u will be proud of me lol, coach gave me the green light for my once a month higher calorie cheat day eat whatever for that one day, I put down 5,195 calories yesterday and I woke up hungry today 😂😂 I ate like a big boy for once lol.

I know one thing I understand why alot of people enjoy bulking or consuming alot of calories. I was stronger today than I've ever been on lifts. I trained 2 hours and didn't run out of gas at all.

Yeah typically we do all clean eating everyday besides one day out of the month.
