Test and NPP cycle

This will be my 3rd cycle and I'm after some insight on dosage.
I'm 40, 85kg, 6"2 tall, workout 5-6 days a week.
Diet is a little all over the place due to working away and limited food but I'm trying to get it dialled in.

First cycle was 400 Test E for 12 weeks.
Cruise 150 Test E for 4 months
Second cycle was 500 Test E and 400 Mast E
Now on a cruise again for 3 months and wanting to start my 3rd cycle.
I'm thinking 500 Test E and 300 NPP.

I'm looking at putting on size (as is everyone)
Bloods are looking good and I'm feeling great.
What are your thoughts on this cycle?
Would you change or add anything?

Add in some proviron and you're good to go. I like the cycle.

your question is interested but hard to give a straight answer. For example, I saw you asking about bpc in past posts, are you having joint issues? joint pain? If you're thinking 300mgs npp it would help but tb500 and bpc157 would be important as well.
The problem with making general statements with cycles is we really are guessing. Can you please help us understand you more? How you ask us?
Its actually easy and you've seen it, start a NEW thread with your Training log you're doing now with your TRT, share training, nutrition, cardio, sleep and history and we will guide you from TRT into a full blast as a big EVO family. It takes 15-20min/week maximum and you see other Aussies logging, it's fun as well to have community support.

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Forget a cycle until the diet is sorted. And cut back on the 6 days a week training

@RustyHoles I like the cycle. Simple but effective. Add in proviron though.

Might be silly question (I haven't run deca / NPP) can mast be added in lieu of proviron ? Also NPP 150 mg ok ? See my vendors 100mg seems more popular than 150mg
Masteron wont work the same as proviron, you should use proviron, and you can get 100mgs of proviron but 150mgs is fine as well just 1.5m. @Chrisos

NPP mental sides ? Prolactin also ? Oh and deca dick. Only ones iv read about. Read to have E2 well dialled in prior to use deca / NPP - I didn’t really understand this part. Have caber on hand.

I’m just toying with future cycle ideas. I can’t do anything at moment as have hernia surgery end of May. Just dropping back to TRT right now.

For joint pain and looking to bulk up. I recommend the following cycle based experience with these compounds. I ran this stack for shoulder, neck and back pain.

Testosterone enanthate 300mg a wk Split dose
Boldenone undecylenate 400mg a wk Split dose
Nandrolone decanoate 120mg a wk Split dose
Bpc 157 500mcg ed
Tb500 5mg ,4mg, 3mg, 2mg a wk Split dose
Proviron 25mg ed
Donate blood every 80 days

Now you are running 700mg of testosterone a wk

Boldenone undecylenate Highly synergistic with Testosterone

Chemical Structure:

Boldenone is Testosterone with a double bond between carbon 1 and 2.
