My coach has me at 12-15 reps for most exercises and even though Iโ€™m in a cut I try to raise the weights or reps each time I train, which I do most times, the reps are just a bi product of me trying to have a real crack every time I workout, when I actually get lean enough to try and put on some size I think my reps will get lower as the weight goes up.

Sounds good mate.

Good that you are getting after it like that. I'd just try and get your weight selection so that you are more in that 12-15 instead of up to 20.

get some drop sets in you'll see the change in your recomp :D

Good looking quad dominant leg workout there mate. I like the higher reps on the leg press to get warmed up then hitting the hack squat hard. 135kg on that is big weight!

Reta and HGH are fantastic, especially together, and I like the test and EQ that you're adding back in today. You're only going to do 100 mg a week; you should up that a little bit. @gar71

Yeah, it's a great drug. I think it's probably the number one drug invented out there. It's a shame people are too stubborn to try it.
 
Itโ€™s great for so many things as well as fat loss, start low, stay low and only increase if needed

Nice workout mate. One thing I don't get is that you have 0 RIR for the exercises but you are using the same weight and doing similar reps. If I do my first set as 0 RIR and get say 12 reps, I'm probably getting 10 or so at the most on the second and it would keep dropping after that.

And on the first point, looking at my Hevy logs my reps tend to dip a bit at the end, especially on my main lifts and I may be being a bit loose with RIR on some lifts, but to be honest ,my weights are going up consistently and my rep range has gotten better and Iโ€™m feeling strong AF , so all in all Iโ€™m pretty happy

Great weekend all round, finished off in the gym for an afternoon workout, my wife came out as well , weights moving well , 1 hr cardio as well, Iโ€™ve set the week up well by prepping all my lunches ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š
