Hey bros been lurking this forum for a long time, and figured what better place to get advice on a first cycle. I’ve cruised a fair few other threads, but hey we are all different. A little backdrop I’m 28 and have always been into lifting and sports. My first job was actually as a PT, and I’d say I had a great physique then and am still in pretty good shape. Although slightly higher body fat these days now that I work in a different career field. I’ve been interested in a cycling a long time but the pride of being able to outperform the vast majority of people on gear(pretty much all my boys cycled) in my trainer days held me back from that step. I want to get back to and better than I ever was, but the body doesn’t have the energy/ability to recover like it did under 25 especially with career/life stress.
I was thinking 400-500 mg of test e per week for 10 weeks to get my feet wet based off what I’ve read. And don’t want to stay on trt after.
Little info on my stats:
5’8 ~180 lbs ~%15-17 body fat these days
At what I’d call my peak physique I was around 170 and maintained %8 living off bland chicken, rice, and pasta.
I appreciate any tips/advice!
