Hey Guys!

Since it has been requested I’ll start my log book.

31 years old
5 10”
240lbs

I've previously competed several times, achieving some great results and earning hardware along the way. The pictures I’m sharing reflect a time when I was truly 'in the groove,' as I like to call it. I believe we’re not here to indulge in sob stories, so I’ll keep this brief. We all face challenges in life that can pull us in different directions. For me, I felt the need to redirect my energy elsewhere for a while. But just as rain gives way to sunshine, I’m excited to get back on track and see how far I can take this physique.

First time competing in 2016 so I guess you can say I’ve been in the scene awhile.

Cycle history:
From the offseason to the get ready in 8 weeks I’ve seen my fair share. Insulin, gh, l carnitine a deadlift bar & a bag of gummy bears if your names Seth.
Numerous cycles and I guess I can say I’ve ordered just about everything on the menu. Lots of experiences I can share.

Always kept up with my blood work have a binder with everything from a clean far fax to a few minor fender benders here and there.

Supplementation typical protein, pre, greens collagen, yada yada you get the point if it’s in the plan I’m taking it.

Vitamins couple notable mentions that are always in:
Tudca
Citrus bergamot
Cq10
Omegas
Vitamin d k2

The list goes on things come and go as needed to. Nothings really set in stone as far as supplements besides the staples/health stuff.

Don’t want to ramble to long as I plan on posting more detailed updates with what I’m doing/progress as we move forward here. That being said the ultimate goal is to get back on stage and be competitive once again.
