Flat bench same deal
RDL 20x2

Work @1:00 pm
12 minutes cardio
Burpees into 20 second count run in place
25lb dumbells Squats 20 x1
25lb bent over reverse flys 15x5
25's sitting bent over lateral raises 15 x4
25's Hammers 15x5

I'm trying to eat and see what agrees.. With my gut.. I'm thinking the pork is not good for me.. Had a rough night last night.. Drank hot ginger tea to counter it.
Pork is hard to digest @medengines
you did the probiotics/digestive enzymes?
What do you think?
Ideas are all welcomed.. I'm progressing.. I can feel it I'm getting stronger so if shits working I'm thinking to keep it going!?!
I think next fasting should be next week.

Burpees are no joke at all. You will do great results with that. It's great for building your endurance.
 
RDL and flat bench are top quality compound lifts.

Run /walk pole to pole

1st meal@4:30 pm
Salmon filet on skillet seasoned cooked in butter
Tuna poki about handful
Broccoli left overs
Chicken leftovers
Salami slices a couple
Cheese stick
Food is good
