Burpees into 20 second count run in place
25lb dumbells Squats 20 x1
25lb bent over reverse flys 15x5
25's sitting bent over lateral raises 15 x4
25's Hammers 15x5
I'm trying to eat and see what agrees.. With my gut.. I'm thinking the pork is not good for me.. Had a rough night last night.. Drank hot ginger tea to counter it.
