Approved Log TRT journey to better health - Life Log

@medengines faated workout with an hour of cardio. You definitely burnt the calories on this one
This has been a fun journey for me!
Learning alot of stuff about how my body reacts to fasting, it's all positive for sure!
I'm feeling way stronger and better sleeping.. List goes on, I'm sure other things play into it with the clean meals and excersise. But fasting does some good shit as well.

This morning glucose was 78.. And I ate a shit ton of food yesterday.

Just like in the podcast Steve is non - social.. For me as well sometimes.. With the meals and comments from co-workers 🤔... Easier to block out everyone.

Yes a sauce my wife gave me.. Didn't like it.. Lol.. I lied and told her it was good! Lol

Burpees are no joke at all. You will do great results with that. It's great for building your endurance.
 
hammers and sitting bent over lat raises is amazing. i like that stack
 
RDL and flat bench are top quality compound lifts.

This is Championship training for sure.

And I love the food that green dish looks good next to the ribeye!

its possible on a big refeed but first lets do another fast and come back to a big anabolic refeed @medengines

80 glucose fasted... Again this has been years of being up there!
A1C 5.4..still a bit high but... Looking waaayyy better!
Won't know the Test.. number's yet.. Don't know why but it's delayed?
TSH Thyroid looks good or at least in normal range.

Came back from labs..
Hit some work @home off from work.
Flat bench 185lbs 8x5 sets
Squats 45 dumbells 15 x1
Save my energy for moving my steel table... 1/4 "plate 4x4' top
2x2 box beam legs.. It's fuckin heavy.. My 2 son's are gone so it's my job now! Lol
Luckily It's got wheels and 2handles so you can do a carry walk/drag.. I moved it 💪🏼
Doing some transmission work.. So dead lift trans to the table too!
Bonus points

I sent my Doc a message, waiting for him to reply and check on this.. because I asked before they drew my blood at the lab if they were doing my hormones which is what they're supposed to.. She said what the doc ordered 🤦🏻
Now I got email from the lab that results were in.. But it's my old labs besides some of the new A1C panels and other stuff.. Pisses me off cause it's my shit.. I'm paying for this!
And it's my health..
So hopefully he squares this away today.

You're fasting so ketosis brings in ketones, not an issue.

there are labs there local to test?

You look great @medengines , you're for sure LEANER and bigger a bit too on the shoulders and arms. Real tightening up here. Fasting is working wonders.

Burpees at a slow pace for 10 minutes
Did my usual seal style w/count of 20 run in place deal.
Did some sitting hammers 25's went to failure
Sitting bent over reverse flys to failure
Sitting up one handed behind head skull crushers to failure.

Got bad news last night late my nephew was in a very bad accident in Oceanside Cali.. Fighting for his life. He was on his ebike and was in a hit and run.
I believe in the power of prayer to God..

Please pray for him!! His name is Jon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.
 
Yeah, I can't stand the idiots at the gym anymore. They all piss me off. And the thing is, if you say anything to them, they throw a hissy fit.
 
The main thing is, you've gotten healthier during this log.

Everything else will come into play.
 
Set new 6 month and 1 year goals from here. The way you're doing it, you will definitely get there.
 
I think you've done an amazing job man. You've turned into a veteran on here and a leader.
 
The fasting has really changed your life.

I think the key is it's allows you to have control over your body.
 
Lots of benefits, the fasting. It's not just the weight loss, but your discovering that as you gain experience pretty soon, you'll be a pro.
