2 Sirlion coulete cuts... These are some very badass cuts!!! Highly recommend.. My wife found them. Very very tender.. Reminds me of the Wagyu Japan stuff.
I went back to buy more.. They're out.

Got new toy's.. The wife bought me a Marcy bench that declines/inclines(gorrila aluminum is parked).. also dial up dumbells bowflex expensive deals.. Full support 100%👍🏽

Deep Squats w/45's 12 x2, 50's 10 x1, 8x1
Squats to overheads 45's 12 x2, 50's 10 x2
Incline dumbell rows 35's 15 x1, 45's 10 x3
Dumbell rows flat bench
45's 15 x2, 50's 3 sets of 10
Need more weights for work now.
