Approved Log TRT journey to better health - Life Log

@medengines faated workout with an hour of cardio. You definitely burnt the calories on this one
This has been a fun journey for me!
Learning alot of stuff about how my body reacts to fasting, it's all positive for sure!
I'm feeling way stronger and better sleeping.. List goes on, I'm sure other things play into it with the clean meals and excersise. But fasting does some good shit as well.

This morning glucose was 78.. And I ate a shit ton of food yesterday.

25 lying tricep extension 15 x6
Flat bench flys 25lb 15x6
Hammers 25lb. 15 x6

1st meal@2:30
Ground beef with string beans and coconut milk
1 extra beef patty
Coliflower Rice
Salad
Blueberries
8oz Protien shake

I guess maybe going into meal prep /photography is in my future! LOL..
The planks I'm thinking of today for more fill in to the routine... Them fuckers are for real!

I'm on.. Badass been listening all day at work.. Co-workers are hating me.. Don't talk to anyone!
Just like in the podcast Steve is non - social.. For me as well sometimes.. With the meals and comments from co-workers 🤔... Easier to block out everyone.

Fasted workout:
1hour cardio
Run /walk pole to pole

1st meal@4:30 pm
Salmon filet on skillet seasoned cooked in butter
Tuna poki about handful
Broccoli left overs
Chicken leftovers
Salami slices a couple
Cheese stick
@medengines do you eat alot of fish usually ?

Pork ribs

And bit of salad leftovers
8.oz protein shake
String cheese

Yes a sauce my wife gave me.. Didn't like it.. Lol.. I lied and told her it was good! Lol

I'm trying to eat and see what agrees.. With my gut.. I'm thinking the pork is not good for me.. Had a rough night last night.. Drank hot ginger tea to counter it.

Next fast I'm thinking this week..

What do you think?
Ideas are all welcomed.. I'm progressing.. I can feel it I'm getting stronger so if shits working I'm thinking to keep it going!?!
