Learning alot of stuff about how my body reacts to fasting, it's all positive for sure!
I'm feeling way stronger and better sleeping.. List goes on, I'm sure other things play into it with the clean meals and excersise. But fasting does some good shit as well.
This morning glucose was 78.. And I ate a shit ton of food yesterday.
