all the fat remaining from my previous cut! I'm motivated like never before and will kill this!

I'm 5"10-11, 19 years old (20 soon), 190 lbs around 18% bf. I've dieted down from 220 lbs 28-29% BF and I feel like I can fly, but this belly and moobs + love handles are pissing me off now. I need to melt these.

I follow a 4 day split

Mon: chest
Tues: legs
Wed: bi's and back
Thurs: tris and shoulders


Any suggestions guys? Some really knowledgable people I look up to on this forum that I believe can help me.

Also if I get chosen by Dylan I'll be adding S4 and GW to the mix :)

I'm trying to follow the evolutionary diet for this one, but my previous diet and diet to date is basically;

around 1900 calories (some days I can't even come close to 1500...)
I try to get about 180 g of protein from chicken, tuna, lean meat and shakes. I limit carbs to no more than 50, trying to lower that! For me when I eat carbs, I feel like a f*cking hippo... low carbs has definitely worked for me... Fat I keep moderate, maybe some from almonds/pistachio (50g or lower). No sugar, no pop, no sweets, just diet coke/pepsi and water (green tea and black tea daily).

Also get in 2 protein shakes a day to aid my protein count.

Not a fancy diet, but this works for me!
 
You should really eat more whole foods and lean meats. I would also suggest going no carb with refeeds if that's the route you want to go. That's the only way you can put your body in ketosis. I personally can't stand a lower carb diet. I prefer moderate carbs with very low fat, and it works best for me for stripping fat

Diet: go with the evolutionary diet.

Training: I like your split but keep it to 3 days with the evo diet and add light cardio 4th/5th day.

Cycle:
week 1-10:
20mgs Cardarine (GW-501516)/day
50mgs S-4 (Andarine)/day (start with 25mgs and move up 10mg to dosages every 3-4 days)
5 caps HCGenerate/day
 
Even if you dont get picked, I'd still run the sarms1 triple stack. You'll really benefit from it and get the most out of your cut
 
Bro I always said good diet first that the key of success, just add some pics to have an idea, but I agree triple stack work great you going to gain quality muscle plus the benefit of S4 you going to drop a lot of bf and making muscle at the same time how that sound bro
 
What do you do or have planned for cardio? I personally have and know a lot of people that have gotten great results with CrossFit style workouts. I think the high intensity helps melt fat but also maintain strength/lean mass.

For cardio pick up a martial arts if you have the extra money to blow. Great cardio and you will learn an art. It's not the easiest cardio but but very rewarding. I promise you will sweat like Snowden at a US Airport.

cardio is going to be a key ingredient to enhance your cutting... i am an extremist in terms of amount but i do it to get to where im at... there are several options for you but I HIGHLY recommend at least 4 days a week of some type of cardio...

when i have clients cutting, i put them on a very high protein, moderate carbs and low fat diet... this has been something that has worked so well and it is actually the type of diet i have followed for years now... it is highly effective... also remember that the more lean muscle you build, the more fat you are going to burn... eat clean, work hard, stay consistent and the results will come...
 
When cutting. Cardio is a must i agree. 3 - 4 times weights/week, and always do 20 minutes cardio pre and post workout. HIIT pre workout and 15 incline and 3mph on treadmill after. I also am a firm believer of Wake up Empty stomach cardio. Low intensity for 45 minutes then eat. Works for me.
