The Bros here at evo have given me an entirely new perspective on Bros. So I guess there’s the ones who are pricks and the ones who believe ina supportive gym community.
Inwill say I have never seen that bad behavoir in the gyms I’ve used here. For the most part everyone keeps to themselves with headphones on. And no one has ever reacted badly if I ask how many sets left or are you using this bench. Etc. and kissing by your profile pic ( hot af btw) I can’t imagine someone having the nerve to give you attitude period. They should be bringing the plates to you.

I just do what he tells me to do. Like we do ten sets of 20 reps with thise and super set them another exercise. And I think it’s to avoid injuries. But I’m going to mention this today.

Right now it’s this phase two of something called German volume training With this alternating lift very slowly counting g to five stufff. And everything is ten sets.
I’m going to ask him what’s next after we finish this .

Well of course everyone is welcome. And it depends on the vacation company ( not the actualy cruise line)

There are three main companies. The original RSVP and ATLANTIS ( which now owns rsvp) the newest VACAYA
RSVP is marketed to a diverse crowd so yes there may be some straight women. Atlantis says they are diverse but there marketing is very much gears toward the circuit party boys. These are the guys in the pics. Musclaur party boys who do drugs and have rampant sex lol.
So unless you’re ready to explore being bi it’s probably not the best choice.
Then the new player is Vacaya and the specificity market to the broadest diversity. The whole fucking alphabet. All ages all body types all sexuality , all able and ability challenged etc.
of course expect that guys are going to be looking at you but I like to think people would be respectful as well. So all of these are a good time we tend to party best. That’s all I can promise. There’s bound to be some gay guys who brought their straight girlfriends along.
And there’s tequila involved soooo.

So these companies book the entire ship. They use all the various carriers Virgin Carnival, Royal Carribean, NCL, etc etc. and the staff on board is the cruise company staff.
You can post signs and symbols and decorations and note pads on your cabin door so people can see what you’re looking for. And leave you notes.
Some peole even put like disposable digital cameras outside that you can take your own pic so they can see who you are. I haven’t been in 20 years so tech has changed.

I went ona straight cruise with my dad once I actually won the trip in a contest and didn’t have anyone to take. And he’d never been.

I don’t even remember which days i j next my steroids twice a week but every week is different. Why dk t I eat my oatmeal when I know it flattens my stomach.. Beciase I forget.

My upper body is starting to fill out I can see it . Finally and its very satisfying.

I mean look I have all my arms and legs and eyes and ears and I’m healthy with no obstacles.
And I have all my hair. ( more than I know what to do with)
I have a husband and an fwb and an unlimited supply of pretty boys to choose from. And a goid union job with platinum benefits and I own a home in the bay area ( no easy task) I live the California dream best I can. I drive a sexy convertable mx5 I have a personal trainer ( that does keep me in debt) I take a big vacation and at least two small vacations every year. I’ve been jatakjng in the Channel Islands and Tahoe, parasailing in Acapulco partied back stage with my favorite bands. Did the 1980s the way they were meant to be done. A few more party pics. So for those who haven’t been out here, this part if the state, inland from SF is a completely different world. Flat, hot, dry, agricultural, still has its good qualities but for me it’s just so dull and drab and flat and too many cows, flies, mosquitos, magas, etc but it’s nice and hot for a pool party, also if you continue east into the Sierra foothills you’ve got all the mountain rivers for rafting kayaking fishing ( rainbow trout) etc im very lucky to have grown up here with the best of all worlds Hiking camping fishing hunting plus all the cultural exposure I got in SF. I mean Lake Tahoe on one side and the Napa Valley on the other side.

Hopefully my fwb will plan a whitewater rafting trip with me and he also wants us to both take our cars to the track. There’s a raceway near Napa I didn’t know regular people can go there and drive. So we wanna take the Miata and the Charger out there and race around… that’ll be a rush

The valley is FLAT AF.
The salad I made was a hit. Kale cabbage dried cranberries sunflower seeds etc plus fresh raspberries and a lite raspberry vinaigrette.

I’m extra board so basically that’s my whole purpose covering vacations etc . I get a schedule I like most of the time, then when people are out I cover their vacations, pto abd sick calls as needed. Overall I get a good sked that flexible. So there are pros and cons to this position. I’ve been with this company for 23 years I have a very good union contract, and very high seniority so I’m in a good spot.

But I am sick to death of working gif a living I’m tired.

A few more party pics. So for those who haven’t been out here, this part if the state, inland from SF is a completely different world. Flat, hot, dry, agricultural, still has its good qualities but for me it’s just so dull and drab and flat and too many cows, flies, mosquitos, magas, etc but it’s nice and hot for a pool party, also if you continue east into the Sierra foothills you’ve got all the mountain rivers for rafting kayaking fishing ( rainbow trout) etc im very lucky to have grown up here with the best of all worlds Hiking camping fishing hunting plus all the cultural exposure I got in SF. I mean Lake Tahoe on one side and the Napa Valley on the other side.

Hopefully my fwb will plan a whitewater rafting trip with me and he also wants us to both take our cars to the track. There’s a raceway near Napa I didn’t know regular people can go there and drive. So we wanna take the Miata and the Charger out there and race around… that’ll be a rush

I was just in San Francisco for a day trip a few days ago. Weather was amazing. Think it ranged from 55-65 while I was there which is a good 40 degrees cooler than where I actually live.

Well had my wife and kids with me. We went primarily to do the Alcatraz tour which was pretty cool. Second time going to San Francisco. Usually we just go to LA because it’s a little closer. California isn’t perfect t but it sure does have a lot to offer.

I think they call it being red pilled. And then there’s the ones that work out because they think they’re gonna fight some war When they would shit their pants, if they actually had to go to war

Even though I grew up in a macho type of household, there was zero homophobia ever tolerated. I have zero respect for anybody with that type of mentality that just shows me that you’re a weak and insecure boy still who needs to mature more

But to answer your question I hate the sex topic. I consider it even taboo to bring it up on a first date. I’d rather it just come out naturally overtime and not be something that needs to be talked about upfront. I just think there’s more important things that should be talked about when you’re starting a relationship with someone but that’s just my opinion And also I’m biased because I’m a relationship person I have zero desire to do one night stands or just date for fun. The dating app thing of today is so not my thing I refuse to use any of that shit I only meet people in person to date. i have a friend who has 6 apps and spends half the night on them, and he is NOTHING to ever show for it. he might get a couple dates a month but nothing goes anywhere

what happens is they start hating women, its made worse by red pilling on the internet as you said. once they get into their 30's and 40's it gets worse if they have no money or education. but it gets way better if you do. so the incels get more and more angry when they see the nerds/dorks with money/education getting hot women but they can't get a girl. not only do they start hating women more and more, but now they hate other more successful guys.

I had sent a dm But no response.

One thing I realized while doing the app is they wanted all your social media presence. Only fans etc and when this company’s started it was local and had a lot alternative types was different from the big studios.

That reminds me I happen to come across a radio interview on NPR last night driving home. It was some guy who wrote a book called swole
Very good interview. They covered so many things about lifintg and todays bodybuilding versus old school and social
Media and expectations And whether to focus on the goals or focus on the process the expectations and pressure on young men today, and just a bunch of interesting stuff. Gym fears Bro intimidation, supportive gym culture ( how people find out that often the bros they are intimidated by turn out to be the nicest most supportive people in there, etc etc
a way it was good listening.
