Alright so this is my second log. Finished my very first cycle this week. Cycle was 14 weeks 400-450mg test, 150mg deca(added about halfway through cycle to help with joints) and 40mg tbol for first 6 weeks.

I will now be running 200mg test for trt and plan to get blood work in 2 weeks. Next blast I am planning is below:

Weeks 1-12
Test 450mg/week
EQ 300mg/week
Armidex.5mg eod
N2Guard

Weeks 1-8
Winstrol 25mg/day for first week then 50mg/week for 7 weeks

Open to suggestions on changing this up but really don’t want to lower the test or EQ.

For the trt I purchased from @domestic-supply.com and went with pharmaco. Posting up several pictures on here. First 4 pictures are from my initial starting point before first cycle. Remaining pictures are from today. Got a lot of work to do but damn I used to look terrible a few months ago lmao. The pictures I posted today do a decent job capturing the gains I have made but don’t really show the full picture…especially with my shoulders.

If you dont want to lower test of EQ thats fine, you do have a strange dose 450mgs, whats your testosterone mg/ml dose?

I know you meal prep fell so looking forward to it, but for the cycle phase I suggest upping the fats more, omega 3 so add some walnuts and at least 1 tbps of fish oil per day or up the supplementing.

Do you have a pic of the @domestic-supply.com for a touchdown in the LOG for us? :)

Alright so doc put me in this new sleep medication and I can safely say I won’t be taking it anymore. Makes me to groggy in the mornings. So missed Monday and Tuesday but I was back it this morning. Shoulder day:

Hammer shoulder press: 45x15 70x12 80x10 90x10
Shoulder shrug: 220x15 220x15 220x15 220x12
Lateral raise: 4 sets of 15 with 15 pounds
Reverse fly: 85x15 100x15 100x15 100x12
Facepull: 4 sets of 15 120 pounds

Yes the 450mg/ml vial was what I used for my first cycle that just ended. The trt that I am on now is 200mg/ml. No issues at all, not even swelling.

For that cycle I just injected the testosterone.5ml on Monday and then .5ml on Thursday.

Alright so took a few days off because of the holiday week. Just been relaxing with wife and kids. July 4th was pretty crazy here. People shooting fireworks til 2am. Not to mention it’s been super hot and super dry there were a lot of fires. There was even one near our house. I like watching them but it’s impossible to sleep due to the noise. Well that’s all calmed down now. Meal prep is attached. Tomorrow will be back to normal schedule. Chest and triceps and I plan to hit it hard.

450mgs/ml is high pip for me but you're no problem? wow see works no issues for many then :) Beligas is a good brand

Yeah the Ultima was really bad for me. The Beligas was not too bad but eventually it got to the point that it didn’t even bother me at all.

Yeah I actually don’t mind watching the fireworks I just don’t see a reason to be doing them past 10pm. Truthfully, they shouldn’t have been doing them at all this year because it’s very very dry here. More dry than last year and it’s been 100 plus everyday. We got 2 cats and they don’t care at all.

Alright so slept really good last night! Today was chest day. One major note, I did the bench press and I just can’t seem to get the chest activation I want without a wider grip. The wider grip I feel puts a lot of strain on my shoulder so I think moving forward I am just going accept that bench pressing isn’t for me. Will replace barbell bench with dumbbell bench instead. Truthfully, dumbbell bench probably aligns with my body goals more anyway.

Barbell bench: 135x8 145x8 155x8
Incline hammer chest press: 70x12 80x10 90x8 95x6
Machine fly: 4 sets of 12 135 pounds
Dumbbell incline fly: 4 sets of 12 30 pounds

Tricep pump work and 30 minutes of cardio at the end. Diet is still in check! Also wanted to say that my libido is ridiculous. Like I am 21 again and it’s distracting lol.

What is your opinion on injectable blends? Test/Eqipose specifically? Domestic supply has a Test/Eq Blend 400mg (200mg each) vial. Probably going to order what I need for this next cycle soon. That plus the winstrol.

@BrightFuture for many guys blends have PIP but you seem to handle high mg/ml no problem
I would get the blend to test low dose to see how respond to the injections first man :)

Rack pulls: 135x12 185x10 185x10 205x10 (definitely need to push the weights up substantially)
Cable seated row: 120x15 135x15 150x12 165x8
Hammer lat pulldown: 90x12 100x12 110x9 110x8
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 110x15 120x12 120x12

Did some bicep pump work at end plus 30 minutes cardio.

I also ordered what I need for my next cycle this morning. Test/EQ blend 400mg, winstrol 50mg tabs and armidex. Not sure when I will start the cycle because I need to do bloodwork still. Almost just want to forego the bloodwork and just do it after this next cycle but I know that’s not wise lol.

If you want to try and go for a crazy back and bicep pump, head over onto the Lat Pulldown Machine and do Underhand grip then overhand grip.

Two sets wide grip Underhand
Two sets wide grip Overhand
Two sets close grip Underhand
Two sets close grip Overhand

You can cut the sets down if u think it's to much volume but give that a shot once or you can do Barbell rows the same way overhand for a few sets then Underhand for a few sets.

add winstrol in start as a KICK off
and n2guard smart move bro :)
 
if you keep your testosterone that amount you won't need that much adex
 
shoudl be fine with 1mg todal a week of adex, not that much
 
winstrol is a great steroid, cuts you down nicely
 
winstrol is best towards the end if you want to shred up in the stretch run
 
i'm gonna recommend you do some EQ + test 200mgs 2x per week dosing.
You’re saying 200mgs per week? Why such a lot amount? I ran 450mg for my first cycle and tolerated it well. I really don’t want to drop below the 400mg/week for either one. Based on me reading the steroid profiles on here 400mg seems a pretty good point for both. Still quite bit less than what I see some others running too.

Oh ok that makes sense. Kinda what I did the first time around just to see how I would react. That’s what I will do this time as well since first time doing EQ.
 
Yeah I was stunned it was here this fast. It is always fast but first time in less than 24 hours. Granted this is the first time where I placed the order early on day so that’s probably why. Either way awesome service.

Today was leg day and pushed hard. I know I sometimes slack on legs but today was not that day.

Hammer strength leg press: 234x12 324x12 414x12 464x8
Romanian deadlift: 135x10 135x10 135x10
Leg extension: 140x15 140x15 140x13 140x12
Calf raise: 195x15 195x15 195x15 195x15
Leg curl: 120x12 120x12 120x12 120x12

414 pounds for 12 reps is a new rep pr for me at that weight. Also 464 for 8 reps was also a pr. I was determined today and it felt great. Legs are on fire. Tomorrow is arm day!
 
Also starting next week I am going to take a different approach to weight progression. Noticing on pushing movements I seem to be stalling. For incline press and overhead press I won’t increase the weight unless I get 10 reps.

Additionally, I plan to start doing flat dumbbell bench and sticking with that. Still plan to do the incline hammer chest press though. For the dumbbell bench I will also progress the weight if I hit 10 reps on a set.

I actually knew a guy back when I was in the military that did exactly this. Last time I saw him, he was benching 100 pound dumbbells or more.

Additionally, I plan to start doing flat dumbbell bench and sticking with that. Still plan to do the incline hammer chest press though. For the dumbbell bench I will also progress the weight if I hit 10 reps on a set.

I actually knew a guy back when I was in the military that did exactly this. Last time I saw him, he was benching 100 pound dumbbells or more.
i wouldnt change training until you get on your cycle IMO bro
