Thx! Yes, Years of doing so can build mass and strength that can stay with you over time for sure. Sometimes slow steady pays off. The quick road with the juice with produce but over time strength building and very conservative juice will have longer lasting results. It’s really time in the gym and mental fortitude over time! Look at us older peeps Me @RoidRage69, @Mobster, @Pigsy, @PrinceDaddy. Y’all stick with your training. It’s a lifestyle. 💪🌸

Thx sis. Some girls are made to be lean fit muscular. Some stronger fit and bit thick n fluffy. Powerlifting strength vs agility vs stamina…. But we’re still badass!! It’s great! 💪🌸

Ok hopefully this video of me doing RDLs 225lbs 7/1 is short enough to post now cut to 27 seconds cut off last rep I think. Was a set of 8 reps tho.. I haven’t done these in years with barbell not too bad for an old lady 💪🌸yay looks like it posted.

Was a good first workout after being back from the hot weather East of the cascade mountains in North Eastern Washington!! Hot weather 95F degrees. 101degrees last couple days.
So was happy kinda easing back into lifts. We only did one day at gym over there. Too hot. Wipes you out. Shoulders felt kinda wiped out but Triceps were on fire!! 🔥💪 got a PR on Rope pushdowns for wt & reps. Biceps so so.

Trip over to Eastern Washington was good. Hot!! Got a good base tan.👍 Puget sound been hot too. Usually our super hot weather here hits end of July. Got some lake time. Mr.RR and I went swimming beautiful lake warm. We were watching the turtles Bob up, standing In lake bout waist deep water staying cool, in an area lots of mud n clay on bottom water was murky. Something ran into the back of his leg. Prob a turtle 🐢lol!! He high tailed it out of the lake fast. 🤣 Didn’t get a fishing license tho. Good fishing rainbow trout at this lake!!
We came home to hot apartment! Our portable Air conditioner working hard to cool the place but was bad hot. Better day today. Kept a/c running today all day with a box fan helping to move air around. Uhg. Happy lifting peeps 💪🌸

Today we got into gym bout an hour later 10:50
Legs just keeping strength. Mr.RR did decide to go for PR on Hack Squats 500!!🦵no knee sleeves or belts today. So I did 270 but it’s no PR for me. I could slapped on couple 10s or whatever. But no belt my grip was slipping on 5 reps. No straps. So 270 it was! Was acceptable.
Gonna go see the kids gotta go hop ferry to get across Puget sound to see our daughter & her boyfriend. Comfortably hot today 80f Will be beautiful on the boat ride over will try to catch some pics. To post! Probably see Mt Rainier today. Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

Yeps. Some areas are prettier than others. Them turtles I used to catch them as a kid. They’re about 6” shells. Pretty big lake turtles.

Ok I said ferry pics from the Puget Sound. We drive onto a ferry boat verses driving all the way around! Gorgeous pics. So lucky to live here! Beautiful greenery and rain forests on west side east side is desert Columbia river basin Hanford 1st nuclear reactor from Manhattan project site.

is that the mountain that has a volcano?
Yes!! Both those mountains are volcanos and Mt St Helen’s further south is the one that erupted May 18th 1980 was ash everywhere it blew off the top. I was little. It did blow towards where I lived. It made the air all over un breathable kinda like forest fire ash but worse. Ash drifted covered cars buildings. We could drive to where it was thick enuff to collect in containers or zip top bags.
So Mt Baker Rainier & St. Helens 3 sisters they call them.

When I was younger I swam in ocean lol. This is saltwater like pacific ocean water. Temp this time year only round 53F degrees. Colder … Wetsuit temp. Further south on the west coast water temps get warmer.
The brave can dive in there. Maybe wading for me. 😂🌸

Low volume today. Decided to give a go at BB Close Grip see where we were strength wise. Forgot all our gear belts and wrist wraps! It’s been a couple months. I felt little pain in my Rt arm. I think it’s the same nervey pain in the same usual spot. Likely as I flat bench and close grip bench with my head on the bench and I’ve been trying to lift my head up off benches Or tuck my chin down to keep nerve happy in my neck.it’s hard to do that. So I was overall real happy with 145lbs PR no gear! Then my Decline on hammer strength was range of motion nerve pain In That same Rt arm. So I dropped weight to a little 90lbs just cranked out reps. Was a good pump for chest/tris today!!
Starting diet and Semaglutide next week. Had a nice visit with our daughter& BF went out for Mexican Thursday night great food with a flight of margaritas. 🍹 usual Saturday dinner with father in law tonight. Everyone enjoy rest of weekend! Happy Lifting💪🌸

Went to a different gym today still 24hour fitness was hopeful they would have a safety squat bar but nope! We were doing back anyhow. Was a productive back day. Did BB Shrugs at a squat/deadlift platform and I was just putting the Barbell back up said hmm May as well do set of curls. Cuz we didn’t know what exercises to do yet for biceps. So just did 10 reps with the bar😂
Gonna eat leftover Italian today then diet starts tomorrow. So best get my fiber stocked up. Lol. Semaglutide readiness!
Not sure yet but might squeak up my TRT 5mg to 15mg weekly possibly do twice weekly injections or add a small conservative dose of NPP not sure how much? Happy Lifting💪🌸

I like pasta too! Well hard core is what you make it, not the name of the gym Eddie!! It’s got free weights it’s got barbells, squat racks, all the machines, cables Hammer strength isolateral Mach. There are dumbbells. Yet they only go to 125lbs. There’s Pool, a basketball court, Aerobic and spin rooms, cardio, hot tub, sauna. Doesn’t stop me from training the way I want to! A few power lifting and strongman gyms we were at didnt have hardly a thing for equipment & Machines. You got the basics. You make it work. So what’s hard core to you @Eddie Haskell?? It sure beats planet fitness where if you breathe wrong you can get kicked out!! But you make do with what you have available or what’s affordable. You improvise. It’s how you operate. Not too many people train the way we do. But still manage to train hard!!! Done Semaglutide already know how I’ll react to that. Will simmer in ped changes. Thanks for the Input.

on the pasta part, i like pasta and steak thats my LOVE meal haha
 
Npp for females I would try 50zmg total a week split up
Ok I was thinking 25mg at most and leave alone the TRT. Or up TRT to 15mg but do 7.5mg twice weekly. The TRT may be more effective than introducing a completely diff compound. Esp during diet phase. Will need a bit of a boost to Try reduce any muscle wasting. Since I will want to maintain strength as much as poss.
I did use EQ last summer seemed to do ok with it. Will see. Thx for the suggestion @stevesmi

NPP is an interesting steroid for a female, a lot of men won't even use it

i got super horny on NPP just FYI, i think i did around 33mgs a week
I think I am going to start her on 20mg per week divided into two shots. Keeping her Test Cyp dose at the current 10mg per week she has been on for the last 8 months.

How long was your cycle and did u stack with anything else?

That is one reason I was thinking bout it also. Did ok on short cycle with EQ. This is a nerve in my neck vs a joint so I’m wondering if it will help me at all there.

So started diet today. Had a couple weeks break from the HGH. Today shoulder arms, decided to kinda keep volume lower as today is 3rd day in a row lifting & shoulders are already worked. Did a heavy set matched my PR at the end of my last little Anavar cycle couple months ago. So that was nice. But my same bad arm n shoulder is achey since we did close Grip bench 3 days ago. So I dropped down weight. It my triceps feet strong today, so I upped my rope pushdowns yo 45lbs! Happy Lifting 💪🌸

We talked. Gonna give the NPP a try. Will leave TRT same 10mg and add NPP 10-12.5mg. Will split it into twice weekly. Hard to draw up so that’s why 20-25ish. First shot today 💪🌸
nandrolones are tough on women with side effects, i would try to stay at 5mgs or none at all sister

Yea the rack hooks on that platform were really high like a tall person was there last squatting! I had to re-rack the bar after shrugs and I was grabbing it under-hand to lift it up I was thinking they have like one machine for Biceps here what can we do? I was asking hubby what are we gonna do for biceps i said we could stay here and bb curl…. So I just did like 10 reps. Was kinda funny. Was 45lb bar so I knew I could curl that weight! 💪😂

Went to a different gym today still 24hour fitness was hopeful they would have a safety squat bar but nope! We were doing back anyhow. Was a productive back day. Did BB Shrugs at a squat/deadlift platform and I was just putting the Barbell back up said hmm May as well do set of curls. Cuz we didn’t know what exercises to do yet for biceps. So just did 10 reps with the bar😂
Gonna eat leftover Italian today then diet starts tomorrow. So best get my fiber stocked up. Lol. Semaglutide readiness!
Not sure yet but might squeak up my TRT 5mg to 15mg weekly possibly do twice weekly injections or add a small conservative dose of NPP not sure how much? Happy Lifting💪🌸

Stair Master
12 minutes.
Treadmill
65 minutes

Took day off the weights been 3 days in a row. Thought I was gonna die on the stairmaster went to the treadmill nearly by passed out in first minute. Hadn’t done stair master in a while. Must be really out of shape cardio wise. Or my body just getting used to the new stuff that just went in it! I took 2minutes to sit nearly threw up. I had a chobani yogurt and a scoop of protein powder before we went in. Had my electrolytes in water bottle. Oh well I did an hour at an incline of 4, upped my speed 3.5mph. Did a bit of a jog for 5 minutes got my heart rate up did a few 2-3
minutes cycles of jog then walk. Was happy we did it. 🫀💪🌸

My favorite meal is back on the menu at our favorite Italian place. I’m elated. I downed half. Was so good! Mr RR Had has usual fav. Seafood Puteneska squid ink pasta.

Today was challenging day 3 of diet. No knee sleeves but had our belts. Forgot straps but I had chalk. So turned out l matched my personal best on straight leg Deads on the hoist at 235lbs!! That was a PR in January right after a short Anavar cycle. So I was very happy to have that strength today. We had started barbell deadlifts and bb squats so we layed off the heavy straight leg Deads on the Hoist. Was a long exhausting day on legs!! Should see gains coming up next week as 2nd injection will be Friday!
