Didn’t grow up on a farm. Your thinking @Kindafitkindafat, she may have I think. She works on a farm now. We had some animals. But not like a working farm. Grew up riding and showing horses dirt bike motorcycles camping. Some sports softball primarily.

Saturday mornings at gym always busy! Usually start with hammer strength incline bench. Guy was on it. Husband asked “How many sets you got left here?” Guy actually said, “I don’t know?” I was beside myself, how do you not have any idea how many sets you’re gonna do? Husband said “Really?” Then the guy said “i just started”. SMH! So we jumped around to warm up not really liking what we were using. My right arm still acting up again still, so just went semi heavy weight on chest. Still was a good chest day. Diet going ok. Get full very fast eating meals. Taking psyllium fiber but gut still moving slow due to Semaglutide. Body Weight up. Had 2nd shot of TRT with NPP yesterday. Getting equal amounts of both. That’s prob holding a bit of water with that too. See how i react to this change. Have good rest of the weekend everyone. Happy Lifting!💪🌸

psyllium helps for sure with probiotics when on semaglutide but will get better as you get deeper into the cycle

on the training i get that all the time, guys dont know they train nonsense
i train clients at a private guy 2hrs/day also like rich pplz they never keep track, im doing it :)
 
Day 300 of her legs being bigger than mine while weighing 100lbs less then me it's a sad cruel world we live in 😁😂

Did cardio today
Treadmill 33 minutes
Bike 51 minutes

Was pretty Intense on bike. But man harsh on the ass! Hate sitting on those seats! Kept RPMs at 80 ish! Think I strained something round my left hip on leg day Wednesday nothing hurt. Notice a good amount of pain walking up stairs after work Thursday! I Worked on Thursday Friday without hip problems at work. On my feet all day. Thought I Stretched good. I did a jog walk interval on treadmill at an incline, after chest workout yesterday and that’s compounded the issue. Been icing and red light Therapy. Foam roller, psoas stretch device, regular stretches. So treadmill was flat today tolerable to walk flat at 2.8 mph but sore. Swapped to hand pedal bike machine for 5 minutes, didn’t like it at all. Went to regular precor bike no pain in hip just my butt!! 😂 have good range of motion ect.. it’s primarily at stepping up stairs and sometimes when I stand up and then take a few steps, very positional weight loaded. Just gonna ice heat red light it and see how it goes. Hard to try massage gun as it’s right on or just below the iliac bone. Happy Lifting💪🌸

definitely swap out your bike seat a lot of bike shops sell some really nice ones

Today we changed it up lowered weights and did volume today. Took about 2 hours. By time we got to biceps I was starting to cramp in my forearms around elbows And my biceps I had to drop weights some which was fine. Left hip doing much better today will ice stretch roll….
Finished with good cardio. Started with walk thought I’m gonna grab my heart rate up faster on bike without aggravating hip so I swapped and then did walking cool down. Was good day at gym. Happy Lifting 💪🌸

30 sets x 2 people. There’s a lot of volume there gotta rest between sets but wasn’t overkill tried to reduce time between sets. Got it done though! 💪 yes he hates bike lol

Had a good shoulder & arms day today. Right arm felt decent, so that nerve in my neck hopefully is healing up some. Have tried to lighten up my weights. Was good pump in the arms too. My left hip/iliac area feeling better, is still tight bit sore still. So will see how it feels for legs tomorrow! Did good finish today 25 minutes on that damn bike really went pretty hard got my heart rate right up there in cardio zone vs fat burn and walked for a cool down. Following same diet as my Mr RR just cutting down the portions. See how it goes. Excited. Happy Lifting 💪🌸

Good Chest Day! Did Dumbbell inclines. Didn’t want to see how heavy I could go cuz I know there’s so many diff muscles working in diff ways when using dumbbells. Plus gotta balance them. My problem child right arm/shoulder faired pretty well with dumbbells so I only went to 55lb could have gone higher. Triceps felt pretty good too. I finished with walking 10s push-ups.burn and pump on those. Shoulder did pretty decent on those too. I didn’t get to 10 reps did get to 9!! My weight is dropping finally. Had a few days across weekend where I was primarily was eating protein shakes and high protein high fiber Catalina Crunch cuz I was stuck in a hospital with our daughter! She had to go Emergency Room got admitted to hospital few days. Her Boyfriend is on deployment, she was alone. So mom to rescue. She’s had organ transplants as a baby and even now at 21 years old she still can have issues with hydration when she gets stomach bacteria bugs can cause severe vomitting diarrhea. She needed be on IV fluids for several days. Had to make sure not have organ rejection ect… so had to do with hospital cafeteria but not much good options. So MrRR kept me loaded up with our fairlife protein shakes, it worked. Blessed thankful she’s had a fast recovery this time!! So it was good to get a decent nights sleep and back in the saddle. Ok stay strong, happy lifting people!💪🌸

Awesome workout sis, I’m going to try this next. So glad to hear your daughter is ok, that’s stressful on you. Don’t be surprised if your weight goes up overnight due to the stress. It will drop back down again tho.

bro yeah how you know that. my wife 19 yeah. we like em young down here in texas. she also my 2nd cousin. make very strong children when you breed among each other that the secret to ranch success, my boy already benching 300+ and he only 11 years old.. he wakes up 3am everyday to feed the chickens.. he gonna take over ranch one day once my back give out she give birth already to 5 of my kids and last kid come out sideways and she didn't yell at all. she give birth in trailer living room on floor no doctor no nutin. only gave her a couple aspirin, cheap shit from walmart the cheap brand.. she a beast, i gots the best wife for reelz . next day her poosy tight as hell too. you all jealous as fuk i know it
 
I had a lot of stomach problems growing up as well hopefully she grows out of it eventually

It can end up being a blessing because I'm super anal about what I put in my body for that reason
And I always make sure I stay hydrated properly

Yea she has grown as much as she can out of it. She had a liver, small intestine & pancreas transplanted as a baby she got half the small Intestine removed cuz of a twist It. That was also as a baby. So she mal absorbs food. She has chronic diarrhea while life cuz only half the small intestine there and no gall bladder part of the large intestine both removed for the transplant. So her issues will be for life. But her body is much better at fighting GI viruses now than age. She was little. So it’s a constant battle. Get a teen and now 21 year old to keep a great diet. Never give up! 💪🌸💕
 
Awesome workout sis, I’m going to try this next. So glad to hear your daughter is ok, that’s stressful on you. Don’t be surprised if your weight goes up overnight due to the stress. It will drop back down again tho.

I work a 2 on 2 off work schedule and every other weekend weekend off with a 4 day weekend. So we do legs, chest tricep, back bicep, shoulders Arms we do 4 day. We work out on weekends too. So we go one exercise on biceps, like today only one exercise. But in 2 days we hit shoulders & arms!! For you do 2-3 exercises for biceps or triceps if not doing 4 day split. You can go back look at the workouts you will see always goes in the same order. Yesterday we did chest tris; today back bis. Then u do legs (quads and hamstrings) calves. I would try to do a day off at least in between for recovery. I don’t know your daily schedule. It’s also good to get your cardio in. Either before or after lifting or day off from Lifting or both. Depends on your goals. 🌸
