A quick follow-up on this.

I reconstituted my first vial of this last night. I put 3ml of BAC water into the vial and the vacuum of the vial sucked in the BAC water just like you would expect a well-made HGH vial to do. So doing the maths, every 1IU is 0.3ml. So I drew 0.6ml from the vial to inject SubQ. Might try IM injections too.

I pinned 2IU of this for the first time last night about 1 hr before going to bed.

2IU is about the therapeutic replacement dose. But gosh, I certainly had a much better and deeper sleep last night. Felt much more refreshed this morning. Better than melatonin would give me. This alone is amazing for me!

I'll take it to 3IU for the rest of the week to get a feel of HGH in my system. My goal is to take it to at least 5IU for most of my current cycle (if everything is tolerated well). So far so good tho

I heard lot abt this too in other forum, heard it works great for anti aging and collagen production, i got plenty of scars on my face from cystic acne while on teenage, they say it works great, searching more abt this. Would be interesting to know what others has to say.

I am doing 3iu a day, on training days 5 days a week 45 min after my pre workout meal and non training day 2 days a week i do pin fasted early morning 30-45 min before my fasted cardio. Hope this help.

For me its not so much falling asleep quicker, but i feel so lethargic waking up like i just want to not get out of bed.

I take gh around 7 pre workout and get into bed by 11 i fall asleep right away, and don’t notice anything happening in surrounding sleep has been very deep, and wake fresh, sometimes sleep apnea can cause lethargic even after having deep sleep.

I’m planning to start with at least a 10-week cycle and adjust based on how things go. I’ve noticed some people jump straight to 2ml and report nausea and fatigue. Others start with 1ml and experience some nausea, but it’s manageable. From what I’ve seen in studies, it looks like the dosage is often doubled each week but thats with obese people.

I may need to look into Reta just for some maintenance during my cutting period.

Yeah sounds good I’m going to read into things and do some research. I’m definitely interested myself. Just for some maintenance.
I’m thinking of starting at 1mg and going up 0.5mg every 4 weeks.

Got some semagultide off @Core Pharma about a month or so ago for a close friend. You won’t know until you get bloods on whatever dosage you’re experimenting on. The GH level in your bloods only tell you that the GH you’ve taken is real, the IGF1 levels tell you how much your liver has converted into IFG1 (which is what you care about). Your IGF1 levels can be affected by many things, so it’s entirely personal. Just get it tested and you’ll know your values and too increase or decrease the dose accordingly. Note that your E2 levels influence your IGF1 numbers, it’s correlated positively up to a point. So if you’re tanking e2 you won’t be getting the most of your GH.

I’m on Primo atm but not sure how much thats hitting my e2 atm (I’m taking a higher dosage than I’ve done in the past). So one way to affect IGF1 levels is to keep the HGH dosage the same and modify the factors that can change your e2 numbers.

I was doing that with mast.
Decided to drop the mast and add gh. And lower my T from 200 to 180 to now 150.

Aim is to be healthy at 52.
Low dose T, gh. No need for E meds.
Won’t take orals anymore etc.

The primo and the mast lower my E really well, however thats on 300 test E only.

When I used to cycle 750 T, 400 tren and var say 50mg still no high E sides.
So I stayed away from breast meds to lower E. They are worst for u than Dbol in my opinion only.

I’m similar, I’ll develop my cycle so I can avoid the AI. I do like Masteron tho, it doesn’t bring down my e2 but keeps any side affects at bay. Whereas Primo does bring down my e2.

Many years of being my own test dummy with gear.
I definitely know 1 thing less is better.

Example I was doing 750 test, 500 Tr A, and var 100mg per day.

Back squat was 200kg for 2

Now 180 test, 100mg Mast p. No gh.

back squat 200 for 2.

And this is two years after the bigger cycles. So I guess proof is in the pudding so to speak.

It’s a balancing act. To find the best e2 number that you can tolerate without side affects and also maximize your IGF1 output. So you need to adjust the variables that affect e2 in terms of your gear (i.e decreasing Primo or EQ, and/or raising your Test dose)
