Food is still the same this entire cycle. Rice and lean ground beef and ground turkey 2-3 times per day. Catalina Crunch and Fairlife protein drink, Fit Crunch Protein bars, homemade hi protein low carb ice cream, veggies, lactose free milk, Gatorade 50 grams during workouts. Keeping cals 1750-2250. Protein 250-275, carbs less than 200, and fat around 50. Cycle is:

50mg TNE daily
40mg Tren Ace daily
200mg NPP weekly
125mg Test E weekly

20mg Cardarine daily
20mg Cialis daily
10mg Aromasin 5 days week, 20mg 2 days week
50mg Proviron daily
1mg Semaglutide weekly.

I have about 3 days left of Tren and then will transition to Anadrol for the remainder of the cycle. Everything stays the same except for the switch from Tren to anadrol.
I like catalina crunch, great cereal but makes me super full. I have 2 clients eating CC, 1 guy had to stop because he couldnt eat other food (bulking) he was full.

I stopped cardazol once my cycle started. Will start back up once cycle is over. I feel it is most effective at bridging.

good point, thats something we should discuss with guys that bridge in the future

With cutting I felt with my clients, cardazol 2 caps precardio was a real game changer.

I stopped cardazol once my cycle started. Will start back up once cycle is over. I feel it is most effective at bridging.
I'm gonna attempt a bridge after this current cycle is over if everything goes accordingly, curious see if there will be any benefit with running a bridge vs just dropping into trt

Taking today off. Going to watch the remainder of USAPL Nationals on YouTube today and relax. Fat is just melting away. One day left on Tren thank God!!! 6 weeks is the max I can handle on that shit. 7 weeks is just too long.
I cant watch nationals wanted to but cant due to my training clients. :)

Tren day is fine its last, I dont think tren is for many guys, I dont recommend it to most clients unless pre-stage.

i did tren 10 or 15 years ago I absolutely hated this stuff never again it's so toxic and dirty
 
tren is a great steroid. you just have to run it for a short amount of time and don't go overboard

I wonder if I will sleep better once the Tren is clear. Sleep is a challenge lately. Much worse the last couple weeks on Tren.

100% better sleep post tren, but will take clearance life of 5.5 to fully get sleep back :) @RoidRage69
 
Good I also just bought some melatonin sublingual tabs to start using again. I seem to sleep better on melatonin but stopped using when I ran out 3 months ago.
I use melatonin religiously by now always gets me to sleep almost immediately

I got 2 hr 57 min sleep last night. I decided to skip today's morning cardio session and went back to bed. Luckily I got an additional 3hr 45min of sleep. I say that was the correct decision. Yes I am glad I am done with Tren for now. I will use it on my spring cut after I put on a good 10-15 lbs of lean tissue during my end of year bulk

you end up adding melatonin with valerian?
 
No I just have melatonin. I already take kratom so don't really need another herb to slow heart down. I don't hane issue falling asleep. I have issue staying asleep beyond 3 hours.
hence the valerian, stack it 2 times before you goto bed and middle of night when you wake up, multi dose even with kratom @RoidRage69

Today stated on 50mg Anadrol per day and 200mg Masteron E per week. This is the current PED use until the cycle ends in aprox 4-5 weeks. Everything all depends on if things keep going better than planned could extend the cutting cycle. All depends on how I respond to the Anadrol.

Had a fun day doing singles on the squat. Hoping to be able to do a 5x5 with todays top weight in about 8-10 weeks. I figure after I am done with this cut in 5 weeks I can start lifting heavier. I cant believe how much fat I've lost. The amount of loose skin I have on my lower abs is insane. I hope it wont cost much to have it surgically removed. I should get some photos up tomorrow. Lighting sucks in this apt so hopefully I can get it to show up properly. I am thinking about increasing my Anadrol dosage to 75mg on training days to take advantage of the workout. I think it will be ok as I am monitoring my bp and it has actually gone down since stopping the tren. About 125/76. Only taking 40mg Telmasartan and will go up to 80 if I have too. I am also going to front load the Masteron E to 300mg per week the first 2 weeks to get saturation levels in faster and then back off to 200mg if I notice my back feels like I am sleeping rocks. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get strong AF!!!

on the skin, thats normal, when you drop to around 230 it will get more loose, thats why fasting is crucial; fasting forces the body to essentially use the skin, once you get back into fasting the skin will tighten up, its been discussed a lot on the podcast

Had a good training session today. I probably should have went for 315 on the close grip bench but decided to keep it at 305. Last time I did 315 was 2 months ago and 17 lbs heavier so I think I can still get 315 for sets of 3. I am excited as hell to see where I am at in another 4-6 weeks when I decide to end this cut. I am considering going a full 16 weeks or whatever it takes for my wife to see a good enough amount of weight loss to end it. I am willing to prolong and just keep on cutting if things keep on stripping away as well as they are right now. All I can say is that the rebound effect I am going to have will be off the charts. It will be right in the middle of the holiday eating season. Ok everyone have a good weekend and see you all back on Monday for Squat day!!!

Had a good day today. I feel completely exhausted but was still able to hit some big weights. I dont know if I will be doing any cardio the next week as I stubbed my little toe into a piece of furniture last night and it split the nail right down the middle all the way to the end. I never thought something so small would bleed so much. It hurts like hell when doing any type of walking with shoes on. Will see how it feels tomorrow. Had a good day today. I feel completely exhausted but was still able to hit some big weights. I dont know if I will be doing any cardio the next week as I stubbed my little toe into a piece of furniture last night and it split the nail right down the middle all the way to the end. I never thought something so small would bleed so much. It hurts like hell when doing any type of walking with shoes on. Will see how it feels tomorrow. you're at 242 its an amazing weight for you, very happy to see you closer to 240 :)
 
How long do u all think I can continue in a cutting cycle? Should I just keep cutting until the fat loss stops? My cycle seems pretty darn mild right now. No sides. Should I shoot for 220 by years end?
@RoidRage69 I would continue to cut until you get to 220lbs. You're on a roll and doing really well. :) this is the time to cut. January 01,2025 220lbs perfect

Dude, do it..that would be awesome... but damn if you reach 220, HAVE to hit my 200 by Turkey Day!... 🤣 (If I don't, I'm going to run tren next cycle)

I'm in my best health ever and I am nearly 55 years old. I'm doing a mild enough cycle and I have no sides. The leaner I get the better I feel and look. I stay on year round anyways since I have Low T and I like fucking. I'm planning on breaking multiple world records in 2026 and a possible run to try and go pro in bodybuilding if I like what i see in the next year.

Think your spot on and extend it! As long as you feel good I see no issues :) Whenever fat loss stalls out take a refeed day and you’ll be golden 🙌🏽

Strength still seems to be there damn near 100% no matter how much fat I lose. Pretty pleased with the progress of the fat loss and strength holding up. A very successful recomp taking place. Most likely going to deload next week for a couple sessions and go hard on deadlift day only since we only do them once every other week. Ok everyone have a final push to the end of the week and get strong and shredded with me!!!

staying strong is crucial and you're doing it
deload is smart for about 1-2 weeks lower weights and higher foods @RoidRage69
i really do think you can get to 220lbs, you're on such a roll :)
 
Taking today off from the gym. Both the wife and myself feeling pretty beat up. Going to try and eat our way out of pain. Will go in tomorrow and do delts and tris. Might do close grip bench if the wife's shoulders feel better.
