Great jobMy current supplement stack (from left to right):
- Life Extension Melatonin (IR/ER): has a combo of immediate release and extended release melatonin. Since using HGH, I only take 1 capsule every night.
- California Gold Nutrition Vitamin D3 2000IU: I take 2 of these everyday.
- Thorne Basic Nutrients: I really like this multivitamin as it has chelated vitamins and minerals to enhance bioavailability (not all mutli's are equal).
- Nordic Naturals ProDHA1000 Fish Oil: I chose this because of the higher proportion of DHA. I take 3 every day.
- California Gold Nutrition DHA 700: I use this to add some extra DHA. I have 1 every day.
- NutriCost TUDCA 250mg: A must have for good liver function whilst using gear. I have 1 every day.
- NOW FOODS NAC 1000MG: Another good one for liver support. I have 1 per day.
- California Gold Nutrition Berberine Advanced 500mg: I started using this as my fasting insulin was creeping up with HGH use. I take 1 per day.
- Grassland Nutrition Beef Liver: I take a serving of this every day. It's from an organic and grass fed beef source.
- Microgenetics Ubiquinol 150mg: Great antioxidant and for cardiovascular support. Its the more bioavailable form of CoQ10.
- Doctor's Best Magnesium Glycinate: Helps with muscle relaxation and sleep support. I take 5 tablets of this every night. Works out to be 500mg.
- Primeforce Taurine 1000mg: Heaps of studies on this about improving longevity and athletic performance. I take 1 per day.

Missed cardio this morning. Took 10mg of pre-workout Anavar. Great workout. Had heaps of fun pushing myself. Was short on time so couldn't squeeze in a few sets of skull crushers. I'm really enjoying my workouts now, and it's become very self motivating too

I'm 8 weeks into this 20 week cycle so far. It feels like the Masteron is really doing its magic after about 1 month of swapping it over from Primo. I've dropped my Testosterone dose slightly recently to drop my estrogen conversion and simply replaced the milligrams lost in the cycle by bumping up the Masteron dose. Also HGH fat loss is kicking in too helping me lean down. I'm noticing vascularity in places I haven't really had before which is really motivating! Feeling full and arm development is coming along nicely. Staying regular and consistent in the gym and my diet is paying off!
I'm undecided to bump the doses up at the moment or when to introduce NPP. I'm making great progress on Test + Mast only and I don't feel I have maxed out my development on my current dosage. I was planning on adding NPP from next week onwards, that was the original plan, but not entirely sure just yet. I'm open to feedback or opinions on when to do that. My curiosity might just get the better of me tho haha.
My current cycle:

- @Hybrid Labs Rep Masteron Enanthate 560 mg per week (0.4ml daily)

Took my 10mg of sublingual pre-workout Anavar from @Hybrid Labs Rep and was ready to go! Weights were moving great and the pump was fantastic too. Felt good enough to add a few set so lateral raises to the end of the workout too. I shortened the rest between sets to 30 secs and my body is really adapting well to it. Some of my favorite exercises in this workout. The pullovers and preacher curls just explode! I really enjoyed pushing myself and took a progress pic to share as well!

I'm really glad that I added HGH to this cycle. Recovery is great, I'm noticing the effects in my hair and skin now too, and fat loss is becoming more evident. Muscles looking fuller too. I'm tempted to up the dose now that it's been close to about 4 weeks of consecutive use. The IM injections are my go to and are easy to do. The 10mg of pre-workout anavar is really giving me that extra oumph I need sometimes. This workout was amazing, I really enjoyed it. Another fantastic session. Had to cut it a bit short because I got into a conversation with someone and it ate into my workout time, unfortunately. So had rushed the shoulders section at the end. But the back workout was great! I changed to a different row machine and it just hits the right spot and gives you a good stretch under tension as well. I'll be using that one from now on. Myo-reps have been a game changer for me. Makes workouts way more fun and I great a really good rush from it too. Bit more exhausting, but my cardio endurance has really improved as a result. I think I may be due for a deload given it's been about 8 weeks of pretty much straight workouts.
I forgot my 10mg pre-workout sublingual Anavar too haha. Only realised when I arrived at the gym, but I don't think it really made much of a difference in the end. I think most of it is just mental, and it didn't phase me at all!

Dumbbell Pullovers - Some people say this is a chest exercise, and others say its a lat focused back exercise. I do this as part of my back workouts to get a good stretch under tension for my lats. I really feel it in my lats. It gives me a good rear delt pump too haha. But my chest has also developed as a result. I guess it hits both well. Anyway, this has become one of my favorite exercises. I only started doing these for the first time ever in this workout block. I have to tie my legs down to the bench in order not to flip backwards haha (as I can't anchor myself to the ground with my feet). I don't aim to go heavy with these. I do 15 reps in the first set (close to failure), followed by a 30 sec break and 3 sets of 10 reps with 30 sec breaks in between and a final 5th set to failure.

Was rushed for time, but got most of it in. Shoulders felt good but i'm definitely due for a deload. Fatigue is setting in despite a day off and prepping to gear up for the next block is what I should be focussing on. Will also slightly bump up my dose of gear for the next workout block.

Great sesh. Took 5mg of injectable Superdrol pre-workout and it kicked in right on time. I had taken the previous three days off (only light cardio) as rest days to prep myself for my next block of training. So I came in fresh and it felt great! Really enjoying the MyoReps approach. I've swapped out the flat chest press to the incline variation in this block, so aiming to build that shelf more.

No PIP at all with the injectable Superdol i'm using. The carrier oil is EO and is dosed at 50mg/ml and I don't react badly to it at all. I only microdose (0.1ml) and don't use it for more than 3 consecutive days to keep my liver and appetite happy haha.Injectable superdrol? Any pip?

I'm entering the halfway mark of this blast cycle (10 weeks), and I feel like I have made some really good progress across the exact areas of my body that I was aiming for. I really wanted to bring up my arms and shoulders, and I can definitely say that it's working. Not finished yet of course, and I feel like i've got a lot of my training around arms and shoulders optimised now. In this second half, I want to bring up chest and back development. I'm going to structure my workout plan a bit differently to put a bit more focus on those body part, all whilst keeping the arms and shoulders right up there. My cardio fitness has improved a lot too. Overall I feel really good. Boners are great, vascularity is popping and I'm enjoying my training

Overall good workout. Everything progressing well. Strength, endurance and pumps moving along well. Pretty drama free and just got to chip away at it. Ultimately, it's just about doing the boring stuff consistently day in and day out. I had to cut this workout a bit short, so sacrificed the lateral raises, but will make up for it in the next workout. Shoulders and arms developing nicely.

The pumps on the preacher curl bench are amazing! My arms swell up with blood and it get the veins popping really well. I've been focusing on volume and intensity over weight and it's really helped me a lot. I've used a similar approach for the dumbbell pullover and it's yielded just as good results. I got onto the chest supported row machine at the end of the workout and I had nothing left in my back to do the exercise haha. So bailed and just hit side delts to finish the session off. It's summer here in Australia, and its really starting to warm up with a bit of humidity as well. So have been sweating it out as well
