Male - 32 - 5"9 - 81kg - lean maybe sub 8? veins on abs no real heavy bodyfat anywhere other than glutes,
have been training for years but never taken it seriously, messed about with stupid cycles off an on but again never took seriously,
have given myself by end of this year to look like a potential small bodybuilder and compete next year, so am giving it 100% for a change,
If doesnt work then will drop it and take up fighting or something.

I have been doing this for a while but never taken it seriously, have loved bodybuilder forever and love compounds nutrition the science behind it, have helped a fair few people put on size and get lean, this is more to put it somewhere for people to see, and in a perfect world show i can do as i say and maybe help more people out along the way, eventual goal is to get into coaching on the side as is my passion (i know its common haha)

Started at 88kg chubbyish in September, dieted down until 1 week before near years on 250 test, (will add below for comparison)

All Bloods are good / BP is 115/60 in morning.

Will add photos later just wanted to lay this out while i do my steps,

Current Diet & Gear & Split- Have a total sheet where i track everything that I will put in weekly to see averages,

Gear may seem high to some but I have a super high tolerance (have run much more at a younger age as an idiot but bloods always good) and I am far from a good responder, Goal is to keep anabolics here and slowly titrate the GH over the year, lantus only used on high days just to shuttle carbs (3 a week)

Have been on this new process going on 6 weeks now, have stayed the same weight and gotten leaner and bigger, slow and steady.

Cycle situation, not sure, but why do you need high carbs like that with insulin? why not just use lower carbs. Also how are you getting so much food down on retatrutide? dont you feel bloat and pains?

Cycle situation, not sure, but why do you need high carbs like that with insulin? why not just use lower carbs. Also how are you getting so much food down on retatrutide? dont you feel bloat and pains?
for the increased IGF1, bloods on these anabolics are basically perfect, offseasons take time, so this is a year of wanting to put on tissue, lower anabolics lantus and GH to make the most of them,

food goes down fine i have a massive appetite used to be 115KG, I use reta for the health benefits, higher insulin sensitivity negative fat gain and helps my blood markers. long term low dose for me, if i prep would up it with some semaglutide if needed.

training is just high volume training, progressive overload, nothing crazy, i do track it on an app though so may include that if i can screen it in.

cardio steps will add that too, but now have added HIIT on stepper post workout 3 days, 5 x 1 min sessions as per Justin Harris.

You look great, really powerful muscle base with a wide back and strong shoulder and arms, and you're lean too. :D Looking forward to you sharing more.
 
Thanks all appreciate the kind words, so goal for this is basically to keep condition relatively the same (lean) and grow over the year whilst keeping healthy, as of now main way is to train hard, rest, keep everything consistant and basically try and build my calories up, a good quote from Justin Harris being "show me someone lean who can eat 5k calories a day and that person is big" so thats the goal haha.

have been upping my food every other week as weight stagnates, as of now been growing for 6 weeks, weight always has been around 80kg, just getting leaner at this weight, food started at

L 2250
M 2650
H 3050

now food is at (6 weeks later - 3 ups)
L 2250 ( resensitise and rest days)
M 3250
H 3650

weight is still the same, will keep food like this for another week or 2 and if average weight still same will bump sightly with another 50g carbs on med/high, Once i have put on some more tissue and my metabolism starts ramping will slightly up the lows,
 
also what is everyone using here for gh, was on hybrid labs and have some leftover of that, currently using BBL gh, testing it out, liking it alot so far, went a did a hgh serum test as well, waiting for results - did it on saturday still havent heard back from Imedical haha, also heard good things about livewell, currently using his reta and liking it

Greek Yoghurt - occasionally, but always ends up being thrown out haha
Eggs occasionally

Sourdough
Honey
Sultanas
Orange Juice
Fruits
No fat lollies (when on the run and need carbs - am on the road alot for work)

Fats (very lowgenerally, feel best on it and leaves room for carbs, try and get essential fats as all body requires)

Walnuts (EFA's one of the best fats for health)
Avocados, with sushi haha

really my only added fats, rest comes from EPA/DHA fish oil (4grams a day) and from my meats (lean)

Supplements / Vitamins (this used to be way bigger have narrowed it over the years)

Vitamin D3 / K2 / E / C / B / Magnesium / Zinc / Fish Oil (EPA/DHA from iherb) / Atragalus / Citrus Bergamont / NAC

hey mate :)

yeah i used to like higher fats until i realised all it did was make me look fluffier, i switched to carb cycling last year and I will never look back to be honest, for my brain it just works perfectly, everyone is different though i think this just works for me.

definately need to revise calories after checkins sat morning, burning through food way too fast even on retatrutide,

leaning towards upping 50g carbs on low days to start, as even with this low gear with the gh and slin im just melting throguh food and nothing seems to be sticking yet

removed medium days, changed it to low days on rest and high days on training days (4 per week)
dropped lantus from 20iu to 15iu, on 4 training days so same iu per week just spread out
GH dropped from 6iu to 5iu (was annoying going through it faster)

So food will be slightly higher with this change, will do for a week and take averages see changes, will put checkins up saturday,

@Oracle911 6 to 5 IUs of hgh? I would suggest you drop to 3 IUs to feel it out imo.
 
Try the lower dose, you'd be surprised how well a lower HGH dose work.
Oh I do haha I ran it at 2iu for ages. 4iu from growth so 6 weeks now and tried 6 for a bit. Currently trying to figure out my gh situation which is why I’ve put It back to 5. As originally used hybrid. He’s gone. Was going to transition to live well and he left so now trialling out the bbl gh :)

Updates from today’s check ins. Up slightly 81.35kg. Will add log for the week tomorrow when finished Sunday to see what I’ll do with next week. Feeling good. Had some shoulder pain which is finally going away. Been going physio for months now.

Question for the lads following along. Who’s hgh are you currently using and how are you finding it? Second question. I am thinking about either upping my masteron from 600 to 800 per week as less issues than upping test. Or adding in another anabolic like eq at a low dose and slowly titrating up. Start at 200-300mg.

I know only total mg per week really matters I just am in a good groove and wanted to see if I could add to it. Most likely won’t but opinions welcome :)

Haha just curious as to what people are running generally especially larger lads.

Current cycle is very mild just 750 test 600 mast. That’s why was thinking of adding in some eq for added anabolic so I could drop the mast to 400 and add 300 eq or something like that. Also works as mild anti e for th test dose
 
I'm glad that your shoulder pain is feeling better. We never want a good deal through that.
 
Keep working on mobility and flexibility.

If you have Frozen shoulders, you increase the chance of hurting them.

Looking more long term. Never been a fan of orals as goal for this is tissue and to bring up my metabolism. All while staying lean. Main reason gh is higher than normal and lantus in at low dose. Just trying to make body into a food processing machine

Question for the lads following along. Who’s hgh are you currently using and how are you finding it? Second question. I am thinking about either upping my masteron from 600 to 800 per week as less issues than upping test. Or adding in another anabolic like eq at a low dose and slowly titrating up. Start at 200-300mg.

I know only total mg per week really matters I just am in a good groove and wanted to see if I could add to it. Most likely won’t but opinions welcome :)

Updates from today’s check ins. Up slightly 81.35kg. Will add log for the week tomorrow when finished Sunday to see what I’ll do with next week. Feeling good. Had some shoulder pain which is finally going away. Been going physio for months now.

Weekly update as below, calories were upped mid last week, food slightly higher over weekend still tracked,

Average Weight for the week was 80.6, last week was 80.4, will keep cals the same as just changed, see how i go this week, have 2 night in Canberra for work mid week so training split will be different to usual, waiting for some EQ to come in, going to add in a ml to add mg's to total.

you removed all medium days bro? you mean just high LOW now, we talking about how much carbs/protein?

yeah all gone, i only had one anyway haha, was my pull day, but i train with a few bodybuilders and they basically said, smarter way, lower the lantus from 20 3 days a week, to 15iu, make all days high days you train and then off days lower,

i train 4 days a week, so high days are
3650, and low days are 2250, but im thinking about upping my low days slightly, as I am overly paranoid about getting fat, but with current groove, chemicals and everything i think the higher the food i can push of good food i will just continue to grow lean.

Have you considered cutting insulin out? You're not precontest right.

i have, but honestly its all working really well synergistcally, i mean i know im not blowing up overnight but this is also the first time i have ever put on muscle whilst losing fat, sort of just want to keep a stable medium without too many variables so that i can ride this for as long as possible, aim is to be able to push food up significantly whilst staying lean, more food equals more muscle

haha thank you brother , appreciate it, unfortunately growing is a long term thing, as its my first proper offseason i figure the longer i can grow healthy and lean, the less times ill have to do it haha, Im not looking to be a massive open pro, but id like to put on a fair bit of tissue in the right spots and maybe win a local class show at some point.wil have to reevaluate once i actually have some muscle haha

Just an update from arm pump Monday. Didn’t train last night as body needed rest wasn’t 100 percent and will be interstate till end of week so figured this should cover until back.

Day 3 of 5 days antibiotics. Was really worse for ware. Typical bodybuild didn’t want to goto doctors and tough it out. But my wife is a nurse and pushed me to get antibiotics haha feeling much bette. Will be 100 percent to start my week Monday and back to training. Ended up getting leaner not training so a forced week off could good 😂

Hey lads, sorry been quiet on here, got a pretty nasty chest infection so basically been on low day cals and recovering all week, many times before i go back to the gym too early then end up worse, this time i figured ive been beating my body pretty heavily a week off could do it some good so i can hit it harder next week, kept everything in, hit my cals, steps half decent until got worse, almost 100 percent now, will be back in the gym now

only new addition is have added in SLU-PP-332 in at 200mcg in morning, and will be dosing pre workout as well so far i have noticed more energy, keen to do pre gym to see full spectrum of benefits as i do HIIT stairs post 3 days a week, and also to see what it does to my food, also most likely going to add some food this week, another 50g carbs on high and low days as weight not titrating up,

Gear will be test 750 mast 400 EQ 200 and see how i feel, moving to a new vendors stuff soon and mg's will change based on how the vials are but super excited to share it and super excited to try.

you might need to get on a round of anti biotics for a chest infection, you don't want it to spread

got amox 875/125 from doctor, 5 days one in morning one at night, last day of them today, fixed me up unbelievably fast, felt like i had an elephant on my chest prior, now almost 100 percent, have arms and side delts today and very keen to get bakc to training.

I have some amoxicillin on hand for infections
me too but i have been having chest issues lately so i always try to play it safe

Generally i wear myself down alot, i work alot and i beat myself up training, daily cardio, then on the weekends if i dont rest i end up regretting it, this was one of those times, very little sleep and it caught up to me haha. this year priority is my wife, bodybuilding and getting to the next level at work.

yeah so far a few days in, for myself and the wife, 200mcg in morning for my fasted steps (doing now) and probably 350mcg pre gym later today. so far makes me a bit sweatier, easier to move, more energy, also may have been in my head but tightening up, back to my proper calories today so will make it easier to see.

i see people talking a lot about SLU lately.

Curious to see how it works out for you if it works out. I'm gonna have to have to try it as well.

honestly you might be right, they arent massive but the shape is good, i also have a decent side leg, they stay super lean year round which is good, goal is to put some serious meat on them though, thanks for following! :)
