my ex hated when i would get massaged by other men. but he was okay with me getting it from a female. he was a jealous insecure prick if you ask me.

I started deep squatting stretches which helped alot.... But I noticed the big things after the long fasting it is alot better especially mornings.. I don't know if it's repairing on a cellular level or whatever it is... But I'll take it and run!
So I'm fasting again today into the 72 hour's.

I'm planning on Squats with 25 dumbells and shoulder's with same weight. What's available here at work..
Tonight I'm going to jog about 3miles real light try to get into something to do more repairslight cardio.

Doing more cardio is enough with a bit more reps, you can do them both.
Stay slow on this dont rush it.

Roger thatyou are correctthis way you get a full dose of test and some EQ but you need to draw around 3/4 ml of Test enan and 1/4ml of the mix warm it and shake well and pin it @medengines
