good job on the fasting and then going high protein.

be careful on those elbows for sure.

my ex hated when i would get massaged by other men. but he was okay with me getting it from a female. he was a jealous insecure prick if you ask me.

Last night I got to thinking about this.. My back injuries/pain.. before would be so bad that when raised outta bed I would try to stretch out tighting my legs and ass it would send pain down both legs and worse off if I looked upward.
I started deep squatting stretches which helped alot.... But I noticed the big things after the long fasting it is alot better especially mornings.. I don't know if it's repairing on a cellular level or whatever it is... But I'll take it and run!
So I'm fasting again today into the 72 hour's.
I'm thinking if it's better, mo betta to do more!!! Lol.
I'm planning on Squats with 25 dumbells and shoulder's with same weight. What's available here at work..
Tonight I'm going to jog about 3miles real light try to get into something to do more repairs 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 light cardio.

Checked blood earlier 80 glucose
Piss strips show moderate ketones

Couldn't run.. Bad weather
Added more Squats, bench and flys x30

I'll be at 72 hrs tomorrow.. I'll just delay till right before eating @6:00.

Im excited for this round.. My gut feels really good, I think it needed this break again.
I'm just using the trace minerals in my water or coffee.. Thinking it's keeping me hydrated well based on the way I feel.

Also my batch of Test E came in from naps!! Pics tonight when I get off from work!!

I would add a pinch of salt during your fast. Nothing more than that.

That's a nice little workout. You put together. Great for your endurance and your conditioning.
 
Burpees are no joke. We used to do them back in the day when I played soccer.
 
Jumping Jacks and a nice workout, while fasted is great.

That will help you burn more fat.

I wanted to get the input from everyone and what's recommended for me at my current stage? I think my heart health, cardio & glucose are already heading correctly.
So I'd like to look further out to my body composition now and of course build more muscle!!!
Goals for me are :
1.Stay healthy
2. Build my legs /glutes
3.Shoulders /arms
In this order..

I think if I keep it as simple as I can... Compound workouts.
Because of my work and traveling.. Sometimes I'll be out in bumfuckegypt with no access to anything..
Me doing more dumbells and up my cardio enough in your experience?
How much test e should I run.. Can I blast now with my body comp now?

@medengines I like your dose 200mgs testosterone/week but keep Equipoise at 100mgs/week it could be light Ai lets go slow.

Doing more cardio is enough with a bit more reps, you can do them both.

Stay slow on this dont rush it.

Unfortunately it's a 200 EQ /200 test e
... So I can't change the dosage correct?
 
Yeah I have a 6 bottle batch of mixed 200/200 test /EQ

5 bottles of 250 test e both are Napsgear Dragonpharma
can you just use the test 250mgs for now? and we can use 1/4ml with the test/eq mix. @medengines

Okay sorry I just woke up this morning with a "aha" moment.. But I'm a newbie at this stuff really.
But I'm thinking this what you're saying... Draw the full dose of 1ml Test E 250, then draw up the remaining dose of 1/4 ml the EQ /TEST E mix.. Shake inject.. Correct?

you are correct :D this way you get a full dose of test and some EQ but you need to draw around 3/4 ml of Test enan and 1/4ml of the mix warm it and shake well and pin it @medengines

one of the most underrated foods and so good for you!
 
a lot of people have poles above ground. thats why then there is bad weather so many people lose power unfortunately. that is a nice cardio idea.
