Approved Log First Log - Test E, Primo, Anavar, Winstrol and Clen - 12 week cutting cycle

Waiting on an X-ray but fairly certain I’ve broke my thumb 🥲 so we’ll see how things pan out haha

Yeah I shouldn’t have done it in hindsight 🤣 but I’m impatient

Likely just be a cardio bunny with legs every 2/3 days hahaha see what happens with the X-ray
 
Slack on the updates since the whole thumb saga started - turns out it isn’t broken just a very bad sprain. It’s still quiet sore so probably hurt a ligament but otherwise illl be back into the gym today.

Still plenty of steps - sleep last night was great!

Seems to be like this as my sleep average during the week with work is 6.5-7 hours at best and I recover really well over a weekend break.

Food wise - falling off the wagon a little I seem to be an emotional eater and when things aren’t going well I eat bad foods.

Weight wise: unsure haven’t got the scales but we’ve secured a new place and I’ll be setting it up over the weekend so I’ll try and get a sense of where I’m at last weigh in was 89kg so hopefully low 88s and I’ll be happy as I have fairly visible abs and I’m starting to see the separations on my quads.

Still pushing along with @ODINLABS oils and GH. I find both very beneficial, especially the GH.

Water retention: I see to still be getting the swelling in my legs and ankles and then it returns to normal once I’m off my feet over the weekends? Not sure if this is my bodies reaction to everything or the sign of deeper issues so I’m still investigating this. Have been increasing potassium intake and keeping an eye on how much sodium I’m consuming with the aim of keep it under 2000 daily which I’m fairly consistent with.

Other than the above, everything is tracking really well

Hopefully you get the water retention sorted.
As an aside 2xu do a really good Calf compression sleeve helps a lot with circulation in the legs especially if your walking around as much as you do

I’m finding the water usually around my ankles 😬 for example I had proper kankles last night and today nothing 😂

It’s really really weird - do I need more steps or more time off my feet? Idk 😂

Yeah that's time off feet. If you have poor circulation already maybe gh water retention is magnifying it?

Perhaps 👀 they’re looking very normal and back to paper thin skin now 😂 even had a big card refeed last night and it’s fine

Admittedly no GH last night tho. Usually won’t have any over a weekend since I’m resting anyway

The problem only started in maybe august/September last year. It’s never been an issue before so it’s really weird haha I’ve always been this busy with work and steps wise so it’s come out of the blue

I had some similar things happen especially from my socks around my ankles. Tight socks maybe? The sometimes it wouldnt happen. Was thinking could be sodium intake on the day influencing it but my oestrogen was high too so not sure if it was from that. 12.5mg asin eod and bloods to come Tuesday so will see.

If you can press a finger on your skin and it's stays indented even if for only a moment then edema is on the cards. Fingers crossed it isnt that though

Swapped to ankle socks and it’s a little better but still happening even from the boots!

Feeling a little flat today and it’s bloody hot here and the new place doesn’t have a working AC! Fucking comical 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

I was talking about starting to see the quads seperate (see photo below) slowly getting there which is great! Excuse all the boxes still unpacking shit 🤣 and dying slowly in the heat 💀

Got the veins along my shins and water retention is pretty much back to zero now I’ve given my legs a break @Npcclassicphysique champ

Getting there I really avoid training them lately idk why I used to enjoy it immensely but yeah idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

Probably because I’m struggling to fit my clothes 😂 I’ve lost weight but gained muscle so shorts are splitting when I kneel and bend it’s fucked 💀 I’m not even that big lol

Updates for the thumb: avulsion fracture so not terrible but not ideal either - tiny bit of the bone between joint broke off which is still causing lingering pain and giving me grief when gripping objects.

Gym wise - with the thumb I haven’t really been as the pain makes holding things difficult.

Still been keeping up with the cardio tho 🦾

post breakfast: 250g mince, 250g potatoes and some sauce for flavour with pineapple to help disgestion cause the little man said it helps @BigCheese2000
