Hi all, got my bloods back, so been on HGH 1.5 ul per day and TRT 250mg 3.5ul Monday Wednesday and Friday. I am still 10Kg heavier than I was in 2023. My diet is carnivore. Had the day off work today, went to the gym in the morning and then went back in the afternoon to do the treadmill.

i dont not suggest adding anything right now, you're on what dose of HGh and TRT please reconfirm for us. @JasonM50

@JasonM50 get ketone strips or something fast to test, and getting a blood meter would be best.

It was $150.00 AUD which was just over 5 kilos. Have been thinking about buying a 1/4 cow as it works out at $15 AUD a kilo but it is a mix of cuts

Yeah, the wife insisted that I had these at home but I'll be buggered if I could find them, will pick some up today. On a side note other than feeling a little tired I have noticed the shoulders back and heads up when walking.... no strutting :)

we are trying to understand you're in ketosis but you said you're not losing bodyfat

what is your activity daily? can you do more cardio before training as well i see 60min post but can you to pre 30min?

I do have a desk job, was thinking about doing a walk in the evenings. To top up the additional steps, I have another scan Sunday so will see what the machine says this week

While I like my delivered meat I DO like the steak I get in Aldi or Lidls - dry aged for the win
I find dry aged plays havoc with my stomach and end up going to the toilet not long after, was listening to you and Steve yesterday, when I get the fat off I want to try your bulk stack.

Slow cook the steak or do you cook it fast?

I bet it would taste really good. Slow, cooked on the barbecue.

At the end of the day, it matters what you look like.
 
If you're not happy, where your ketones are then fast longer. It'll put you back into ketosis quicker.
 
This job is definitely a killer.

You can also try getting a stand-up desk.
 
It definitely monitor what's going on with the ketones. You'll learn a little bit about how your body works. That's smart.

Ok so week 12 scan, good and bad at the same time i have lost weight this week but scanner says I've lost muscle mass. So over the 12 weeks I have lost 21.5 Kg that is 47.2 lbs.

Anyone else doing carnivore ever ho to nandos just to get a whole chicken? Was thinking no sauce
I've eating a whole chicken even without carnivore lol :P @JasonM50 but I have had clients replace steak with a whole chicken, you can do that as well.

Dont worry about muscle mass loss, right now we need to concentrate on your bodyfat, getting that down is crucial.
Lets up the cardio and cycle in fasting more often weekly if you can.
Can you do 72 hour fast?

I'll give that a go this week, will try the fast from Thursday night to Sunday.
Have to take the daughters car in for repair tomorrow so will move the gym rest day to tomorrow, I don't mind as feel tired, but still pushed through the workout.

Much deeper and more regular ketosis reading thank you. @JasonM50 good you pushed the training, we need to burn the ketones right now.

So hit the gym again today, i am not sure why but struggled with Leg press today, been doing the weight now for a few sessions and manages to push 10 reps on each set but could only manage 3 sets of 6 reps at 160kg. Previous week i was doing 2 sets 10 reps at 160kg then the last set 10 reps at 200kg.

I dont use weight for Bulgarian split squat, think it's a combo between balance and leg strength and my body weight as I always feel wobbly and like I am going to fall over, would appreciate a great alternative.

Good work brother,don't get to hung up on the weights just be consistent and hit some decent volume as often as you can and make fasted cardio your new best friend....you got this and you have EVO support behind you all the way,can't wait to see your progress💪
 
48 hour fasting is very good.

You got a lot of health benefits from that. Next time, try one a little longer, maybe go for 5 days but take it day by day.

Yes, for sure. Facet cardio is your best friend and it's working. Look at how your ketones are so high.
 
I want to get a aged porterhouse.

They are very expensive but man it's worth it. You just got to cook it Perfect.
