Got the high days back and the pictures are taken the day after, as you can see im more watery and weight 1.5kg more than the day prior.
Not sure if i can get leaner with the added high days but must follow what the coach says.
I asked him about the adding of HGH and will wait his response about it, if positive I'll try to get aome HGH to add.
