I'm an italian pizza chef, I make the dough with 00 flour water salt and yeast i know exactly how much flour is in each dough ball 182g of flour.
I tomato sauce wich are madre from crushed tomatoes and nothing else, I've put double smoked ham and I touch of Grana padano and Mozzarella on top.
This is not domino's pizza @Npcclassicphysique champ , in Italy pizza is not junk food we don't put weird stuff on the pizza, it's basically like eating pasta (flour,water,tomatoes sauce and good cheese) i might look harsh but the products are completely different, one has barely 750kcals if it and the other one thousands.
I've explained since I knew this would have caused some questions.

Got some wanky poses but very much liked my front double shape (can't wait to see the look with 10/15 more kgs 22/30 lbs), posed extremely bad on the back lat spread.
Yet to drying up or fill up, will update on the strategy when i know them 😅

Done a group posing session of 3 rounds with Daniel Coffeen, fuck is was very hard but already took some tips and improved my posing significantly in some poses.
