Hope all is well. I have coke back from holiday and a long ass cruise to get my head back in the game and push my body.

Below I’ll detail my stats but to clarify a few things from last blast. I had to stop 12 weeks into it due to multiple issues 1 being a coach who prefer rec drugs which got in the way of coaching and another being mental issue with family issues (another loss in famz) so in saying that I lost 7kg from that blast, I went up in bodyfat but not by much just a little softer and mentally I was in a shit place.

So here I am planning today to be blasting the following.

anavar 60mg
Test400 800mg
Primo 800mg
Npp 400mg
T3 12.5mcg
Insulin 15iu pwo
Hgh 7iu+ before bed

Note that as weeks pass I’ll either add or remove, increase or decrease compounds so for just the base of this cycle that’s how I’ll be starting it.

128kg fasted
Bodyfat is 12%
Height 6ft

Aromasin (will add if needed after week 5 bloodwork)

Back/traps started with some pullovers and rows to warm up the back and get it primed.

1: hammer strength lat pulldown

3: close grip cable pull-down
3 sets
50kg/12 70kg/10 80kg/8 (each rep a 2 sec hold)

4: rack pulls

Traps

1: Behind the back shrug on chest machine
5 sets 3 working sets

Incline bench dumbell shrugs
2 sets and 1 dropset
I kept this weight moderate and not heavy just as I was fatiguing a bit so 30kg for reps with low rest period.


Notes
I wanted to keep it lower volume as I’m used too since I just started and came
Back this morning but I feel good. I just have to manage body’s electrolytes and thanks to the boys on liquid golds team I’m getting educated with it and will be putting it into play.

Yeah the pumps was insane. I’ll end up bumping it up as weight slowly goes up. But for me personally week 3 is the sweet spot noticing a lot with slin.

i trained a few pros back in the day bro rarely saw higher than 10-15 IUs use for lower iFBB @Pigsy can confirm

My insulin use is around training, as are my carbs. 5 to 8ius preworkout and 5ius post.
Normally for a 4 to 5 weeks. Then take month off.

Most carbs I would do a day is 350g

Do you think 5iu pre workout and 10iu post is sufficient?
can start lower 5 pre and 5 post tbh, problem with rapid if using frequently body gets used to it quickly then you are upping the dose with the same or less response, main problem you see with Milo's guys, his protocol never changes and he does like 20 pre / post then ups it and his guys end up getting thicker skin and larger midsections as the insulin insensitivity over time ruins their physique,

start as low as you can with fast acting, then use GDAs and things into your everyday diet, Reta would be game changer in this and resensitise you especially the longer your on it big lad :)

also your workouts are insanity haha how high is your food? and how you feeling with the gh in? i know early days but good to see how quickly and what you notice,

i think if you not stepping on stage bro , you can do 2 IUs preworkout and 5 ius post workout
The plan was to do a powerlifting comp in November which is why I stick to heavy compounds but I still train adding my isolations. I’m not too worried if I look smooth because I will lean out after the comp or if I don’t do it I’ll diet and lean after. My fasted cardio every other day is helping also keeping eye on bp and it’s been ok so far. I want the primo to help with the e2 rather than an ai.

I have seen minor changes now with my body in terms of waist dropping a little (first place I put it and first place to go when diet) but diet I will remain the same for another 2 weeks before I slightly increase calories.

I will lay out my diet after I write todays logs at work aswel.

Currently 131kg fasted this morning which probably is glycogen or water or possible muscle I lost previously.

Tomorro is a rest day but 45min cardio tomorro and an increase of hgh to 5iu as I’ve been tolerating it very well.

How did you find that using fast and slow insulin? I have both but don’t know too much about slow acting tbh.

Pre and post insulin is a good split, but your doses are too high still, are you doing a show? @Snayaz
Otherwise you can use 2 IUs pre and 5-7 IUs post training.

Naa no show brother, I use to go off body weight since I’m on the heavier side.

Been checking blood sugar levels too and thanks to a good friend on our liquid golds team his helping me keep it lower (it’s within high end of normal range)


I’ll be using 500mg metformin tonight to assess and go from there or use reta

I can see a small reduction in bodyfat (nothing crazy yet but a small reduction.

Taking it a little easy today too as my nose is blocked and stuffy and most likely just work and relax for the rest of the day.

Naa no show brother, I use to go off body weight since I’m on the heavier side.

Been checking blood sugar levels too and thanks to a good friend on our liquid golds team his helping me keep it lower (it’s within high end of normal range)


I’ll be using 500mg metformin tonight to assess and go from there or use reta
If you have metformin, you need a much lower insulin dose for effect. @Snayaz

I have been just to be cautious and it’s been in a normal range but I still want it a little lower. I want to see how much metformin helps and either increase dose or use Reta as next line of defence.

I stopped here and just wanna give knee a break. This happens time to time where it comes and goes. Always had this knew issue. I wrap them and use a bike for 5min but it’s shit when this happens.

@LevButlerov ive done my fasted blood glucose today just to give you an indication of where it is.

5.1 mmol/l
Also I increased gh to 4iu lastnight.

When I do bg when not fasted it’s still in a normal range too. I just want to wait for metformin to work and see if it can lower it more and also upping fibre too
 
How long did it take for them to drop? It’s my 3rd day
Oops I meant 3 doses. It took about a week to see a small drop and then a couple more weeks it dropped further. They say it can take up to 4 weeks so its obviously different with different people. I am sure you will see a small drop at first and maybe as time goes on will drop more. Just dont get frustrated if it doesnt work right away. Continue for at least a month. I would suggest you take at least 1000mg considering the amount of carbs your eating and your using HGH. Also be careful since your using insulin so I guess maybe 500mg is probably a good dose to start with so you dont get low blood sugar and go into a coma.

I use 1500mg Metformin per day split into 3 doses. Lowered my blood sugars by about 20 points.

Yeah that’s no problems. Did you want one for fasted and one non fasted per day for 7 days? I can start that Sunday as today and tomorro are rest days for me

I'd like to see both and it would help you track progress with your insulin/hgh use as well.
 
Not much anymore. It's usually 115 after a meal so it's pretty normal now. Amazing how under control I can get it once you lose a ton of fat.

Sorry bro usually Friday and Saturdays are my rest days. I just do my 45min fasted walks on my days off.

The evening as I had to get up early for a quick trip to work.

It is working. Its been normal everytime I check it since using metformin. I dont eat more than 200 grams carbs per day. Again no reason to check it multiple times per day as things are normal and I feel normal and fat is melting away. No reason to waste money on blood sticks when you know its going to show the same result everytime for the last 8 months. I simply check it twice in one day fasted and then half way through the day every month or so and its always the same. Under 95 fasted and around 110-120 after a meal midway through the day after 2-3 meals have been eaten.

I honestly use what have always worked for me, dose wise I can drop it down but I’ve had real amazing gains with how I’ve always done cycles.
Bp was the only issue and I’ve controlled that now and it’s been holding quite well. Mass monster has always been my aim bro.
